This Amazon Basic Care saline nasal spray works just as well as the name-brand versions I’ve used, at a much lower cost. The ingredients are the same, the mist is gentle and soothing, and it provides quick, effective moisture and relief without any medication. The spray is easy to use and feels clean and refreshing. Getting two bottles for this price is a great value, especially since the performance is identical to more expensive options. I’ll definitely be sticking with this one going forward.

I am very pleased with this non-medicated saline nasal spray from Basic Care for multiple reasons, the first of which is the great price this saline nasal spray is sold for Amazon—especially considering the price is for a twin-pack of two 3 fl oz, (88 ml), bottles! The price I paid for this on Amazon for this nasal spray is cheaper than I’ve seen any equivelant of this spray, at this size, and in a 2-pack, sold at sold at drug stores like CVS, or Walgreens, as well as big box retailers like Target & Walmart. If you’re looking for a non-medicated saline nasal spray, I’d highly suggest adding this product to your Amazon Cart right away! It’s not only worth buying because it’s a great deal, but this nasal spray also works better than any other non-medicated saline nasal spray I’ve previously tried over the last few years. This spray also acts as a nasal moisturizer that can provide quick relief from internasal discomfort & irritation due to dryness from allergies, sinus/cold medications, sinus infections, dry winter air, and more! I’ve been using this saline nasal spray regularly, and it’s honestly one of those simple products that just works. It provides instant relief when my nose feels dry or irritated, especially during allergy season or when the air is too dry at home. What I like the most is how gentle it feels. Since it’s non-medicated, I can use it as often as needed without worrying, and it doesn’t cause any burning or discomfort. The mist is soft and evenly distributed, which makes it comfortable to use. Helps a lot ,I use it to clean my nose and my son nose during the allergy season

I don't like humidifiers because I had a problem with mold in a previous home and I even found mold inside my humidifier. So nasal saline is how I deal with the discomfort of dry nasal passages and moisturizing them to alleviate any issues. This also keeps me healthier during cold and flu season, eases discomfort if I get sick and in general gently cleanses. This is safer and I don't have to worry about mold or using medications for congestions. I find this brand to be great quality, the price is great and I always have it on hand. I use it daily.

Used this after my nasal surgery! It definitely helped to moisturizer my nose. I believe it aided in the healing and definitely improved my overall moisture levels in my nose. I only really needed one- but will definitely use the second one after the first one is finished to help if my nose gets dried out. Quality product and would definitely purchase in the future.

My sweetheart purchased 2 bottles of 1.5 oz for $6.98 each, tax included while I was in surgery. I later ✓ed on Amazon and found that I could get 4 X the quantity for the same price, so I returned the unopened bottle to KP and ordered from Amazon. I love KP, but the OTC products are way overpriced. Plus saline solution is saline solution, period. After a complete reconstruction of the cartilage in my nose, I'll be using this for 6-12 months or more. It's not much $, but I like to save whenever I can.
