Absolutely brilliant! We've several outdoor coats that are a few years old. I've not washed and re-waterproofed them in years. Takes a few hours to wash and waterproof, but it's on a low water temperature so that's a bonus. Coats are now clean, fresh and waterproofed. We went out in the pouring rain and the droplets just beaded off. Highly recommend for price, ease of use and final results. Cheaper than replacing used quality coats.

Very easy to use it, got few waterproof clothes, was going to send it to dry clean, but a friend told me this product, and the outcome are great, almost like just bought it, save money.

We really rated this quite highly. Good quality stuff that did an excellent job. A versatile cleaner and waterproofing solution that comes at a fair price and smells nice too.

A great combo set of tech wash and TXDirect waterproofer. These products work well at cleaning and restoring the waterproofing of outdoor gear. Just note that the instruction state to only wash and waterproof a couple of garments at a time and therefore this little pack really doesn't last long.

This was my first time using Nikwax on my winter jackets after two years, and I was honestly surprised by how well it worked. The jackets came out looking fresh and almost brand new. I tried them out in proper Scottish weather and the water resistance is spot on again. As someone new to the product, I found it incredibly easy to use and it really lets you enjoy your jacket again.

I would rather buy these in a larger size but struggled to find them. You don't get many washes from this 300ml size bottle The Tech Wash The wash is quick and easy to use, but I found it didn't give very good cleaning results on the jackets. The cuffs and hoods had light marks and a little mud, but these didn't come out after washing which is disappointing. The instructions say to wash on a synthetic cycle, presumably to protect the clothes but the cleaning results were not good enough. Next time I would preswash with my normal detergent on a gentle cycle before using Nikwax. TX Direct The wash-in waterproofer is easy to use, although a bit messy afterwards as you have to use a slow spin setting. Which means the jackets are very wet and dripping when they come out of the washing machine. They need to be hung somewhere to drip dry overnight at least. The waterproofer works well. It replenished the jackets waterproof ability, like it was new. If I could give these separate ratings, I would rate the wash-in at two stars, simply because it didn't actually wash very well. I would rate the waterproofer at four stars as although it works well, this size bottle is not good value for money. I don't feel they are good value compared to the larger size Nikwax bottles.

I tried to wash my work jacket. First impressions, the dirt cleaner does not fully cope with all the dirt, but the jacket looks better. As for the other bottle to restore the water-repellent layer, so far it's okay in a little rain. I will write a more extended review when I test under the more rain

Great product! This duo pack keeps our expensive outerwear clean and fully waterproof. Most importantly, it doesn’t diminish the effectiveness of the technical fabric at all. Simple to use and highly effective.

Do not use on North Face or Musto jacket as the lining will disintegrate no matter if you respect the instructions. 2 jackets in the bin. Never again.

la mia giacchetta antipioggia vecchia di 4 anni ma tenuta molto bene perdeva copiosamente dalle maniche. ho lavato la giacchetta a mano, l'ho centrifugata in lavatrice, l'ho asciugata sopra un termosifone perché è preferibile un asciugaggio a caldo. morale della favola: mi sono messo con la manica sotto il rubinetto per 3 minuti e zero trafilaggi di acqua. già da come l'acqua schizzava via dalla manica si capiva che il prodotto aveva funzionato alla grande. ero scettico mi sono ricreduto di gran carriera. prodotto ottimo. ps: ovviamente se la giacchetta è sfogliata il prodotto è inutile, ci vuole solo un miracolo.

Works just as intended…. We used it to clean our ski pants and jackets to keep it clean and water repellent… tried the clothes in our second trip and it was better than the original manufacturer coating Highly recommend

After realising that my jacket was no longer waterproof, I looked for something to fix it. This stuff did the trick. Easy enough to use. The effect was from water soaking through the jacket to beading and running off. I'll use this more regularly now to keep it waterproof.
