This is absolutely amazing! My 11 week old puppy had a urinary tract infection. He literally could not wee. It was the most horrendous thing to watch and he was crying in pain. He had to be catheterised at the vets to drain his bladder. They also scanned him and found 2 tiny bladder stones and were talking about surgery. It was truly awful. The lovely vet rang every day for a week as my pup was so young and they were worried. They thought it might be a congenital issue where he produces urine that is too alkaline. He had 2 weeks of antibiotics and 3 trips back to the vet to check on him. On around the 3rd day of his urinary tract infection, while he was on antibiotics, I started him twice a day on D-Mannose. I have continued it twice a day since then and there has been no sign of the infection coming back which is just the best thing in the world. My pup is now 5 months old and perfectly healthy. The vet was so convinced he had a congenital issue that they contacted a nutritionist to see if he could go on a special diet for the whole of his life. In the end, he couldn't go on that diet as it was low fat and, as a puppy, he needed high calorie food. When he was poorly, the vet said to increase his liquid intake. We found puppy milk in a well know pet shop. That was a life saver for us as he loves it. It's literally his most favourite thing to have. It's actually just goats milk and perfectly safe for dogs which they sell in individual, small cartons. I put the D-mannose in that and he laps it up. I know it is warding off any bad bacteria and there has been no sign of any infection coming back. Whether it is a congenital issue, I don't know, but I am absolutely convinced the D-Mannose saved him.

My dog has been having this a couple of months and definitely improved her bladder. My dog is 15 years old and was weeing a few times a day so I was using waterproof blankets up and downstairs and this has helped a lot but not stopped it completely but considering her age it helps a lot

This product is nothing short of a miracle I have a 3yr old guinea-pig who started to have pain when peeing and pooping so rather than have a costly vet visit I thought I would give this a try within 2 doses my guinea-pig had stopped crying and seemed a lot happier with no signs of pain I have always given him cystease daily to prevent problems but that has become far to expensive I will not be purchasing that any more I'm sticking to this excellent results and incredible price one happy customer thankyou so much

My little bitch was obviously uncomfortable but a small dose of this has helped her and she no longer pees indoors. It saved me a vet's feeling. A tiny dose added to her food daily wasn't even noticed by her.

This product works when everything else only helps part of the time. My middle-aged cat developed what appeared to be a cystitis issue, with straining, crying and endless visiting the catbox. It was extra stressful and we ended up doing veterinary tests that were not conclusive. She lost so much weight, wouldn’t eat, drank too little and struggled with urination and then with her pooping, as well. I eventually found D-mannose products and settled on Waterfall as the most trusted and pure supplier, with no fillers, or cheap additives. Easy to just sprinkle over her wet food & mix in and she eats it without issues. Within about 3 days her straining and stress improved a lot and now she’s back to eating and drinking well, toilet visits are normal and she’s only had one recurrence after having too many treats, that have traces of sugar, which give thrown out. All good again and I recommend this very highly.

After being on antibiotics previously my dog was showing early symptoms of a urine infection so thought I would give this powder a try.It did the job and avoided a trip to vets

J'ai un chat paraplégique et il souffre d'infections urinaires assez fréquemment. Depuis que j'ai commencé à donner du D-mannose à mon chat, il n'en a plus. J'en suis ravie.

utilizzato per gatto con cistite con approvazione del veterinario. è stato risolutivo. ha un gusto gradevole ed è facile da somministrare per bocca (sciolto in poca acqua con siringa ovviamente senza ago)

Tengo una perrita de 14 años, que en los últimos meses, ha tenido varias infecciones de vejiga....una desesperación. Le daba los antibióticos y al cabo de alguna semana volvía a tener otra infección. Estuve investigando sobre la D-manosa y la compré y ha sido mano de santo. Empecé los primeros cuatro días dándole cada tres horas, yo se la administraba mezclándosela con agua y mediante una jeringuilla y haciéndole las tiras de orina ha desaparecido la orina y el PH ha vuelto a la normalidad. Estamos esperando otra vez el cultivo más extenso de orina de laboratorio pero mi veterinaria y yo nos hemos quedado gratamente sorprendidas. Lo recomiendo total.

Unser Kater ist Penisamputiert durch Harnsteine und hat seither Probleme mit Blasenentzündungen. Sobald wir es merken gibt es Leckerli die wir in das Pulver tunken. Er frisst es gern und es hilft sehr gut. Wir werden es wieder kaufen sobald es alle ist. Was aber dauern kann da der Packungsinhalt so groß und die Dosierung so klein ist. Bei Hunden wird es natürlich schneller alle da sie mehr brauchen. Alles in allem. Unser Lebensretter bei Blasenentzündung und entlastet merklich unser Portemonnaie zwecks Tierarztkosten.

This is the only brand of D Mannose that doesn't give me a headache. I keep it on hand for me but it also works for animals, too.
