I purchased a new black entry door with side lights for the 2-story entry of my contemporary style home. I wanted a modern, one-piece backplate door handle/deadbolt that would blend into the door and not detract from the roof line emulated in the door. This unit fit the bill completely. Heavy-weight, measurement spot on for my pre-drilled door, great quality and easy for my contractor to install. Love it!

I purchased 2 Addy entry lacks and I cannot find a place to make west lock keys and also I can't find the key code. Can you give me the key codes of my purchases? Beautiful locks perfect on my beautiful doors, thanks! also where can I register for the warranties?

Purchased this entry lock on 6/15/23, the look and color was exactly what I was looking for. This lock is not durable at all. On 5/15/24 the deadbolt mechanics stopped turning completely with the key or by latch; rendering the front entry door unusable. Called Amazon customer service and was assured the seller was sending out a replacement because it was covered under warranty. Over 2 weeks later - it never arrived. Purchased another brand lock set and had to completely disassemble the unit/lock pin to get the deadbolt latch to release and get the door open. It's a pretty lock but not at all worth all the trouble for the money.
