It’s a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.

The product is amazing. However, the exercise matt is missing and not included in the delivery.

The product needs a step down transformer from 220v to 110/100v to work. Be aware of this before buying. The product itself is five star.

One of the wheels arrived out of place. The device displays '88' on the screen when switched on. And none of the buttons work. So had to return due to faulty operation.

I’ve had this a month now. I’ve used it daily and used two of the three possible movement directions. I have not yet tried the programs. I’m 75, overweight, and not flexible. All the issues seniors face with stiffness and aches and whatnot, I’ve got. This review is for all y'all that are, too. What I’ve found is that it has helped my balance (I’m moving more easily over the yard to get to the car and whatnot), my strength is improving (I’ve carried the large cat-food bags in where previously I had difficulty lifting them), my flexibility increased (I’m easily bending down to pick things up, etc), aches in body and joints (just general aches go away and stay away for quite a while, to my surprise), and my energy has gone up (previously I was too tired to walk to the next room until I absolutely had to). In a month! (I need an extra ! on that). To accomplish this, I’ve stood on it and bent my knees a little (nowhere near an actual squat) for 15 seconds or so, and I’ve got a little 2lb hand weights and still standing on it, I do 4 curls, 4 lifts up and down over my head, 4 lifts to the side. I then turn at the waist (I can only go a small amount around, so far) in each direction. That takes me about 2 minutes or so. That’s it. Seriously, that is all I'm doing. My body feels as if it has worked out for a long time. I don’t quite understand how, but it does. The machine takes each direction up to (iirc) level 60 but I’m only on level 1. Haven’t gotten farther – don’t need to, at least not yet. I started and was on it for just over 1 minute that first time and felt like I’d worked out for an hour. A month later, I’m at 3+ minutes and feel like I’ve really worked out. My body is really responding. I’ve even started using it for 20 seconds before bed because after sitting all evening when I stand up I’m all stiff and if I just lay down in bed I spend an hour while my legs and back object and carry on. That 20 seconds of shaking sorts it all out and I sleep easily without all the leg and back foofaraw. I have a bad back and I was afraid this machine would be a bad thing, shaking me around. Not so. It is better than sliced bread, lol. If you’re a senior like me and you’re debating if you should get it or not due to cost and wondering if it really works, let this review encourage you. Go for it. Worth every single cent. I feel so much better. This gets bonus stars if they had them.

Absolutely an amazing products in so many ways, helps with joint pain and improving balance.

Full disclosure: I'm totally doing his for the free vibrating massage ball! That said I'm brutally honest by nature and training as I'm a retired professional engineer. We purchased the Rumblex Plus on recommendation of our miracle worker of a Physiotherapist but only after our good friend loaned us her vibration plate for a month to try it out. The lifetime Warranty, quality promise and extra content tipped the scales for us with choosing to purchase from this company. I'm still getting to know the different programs and all the features, but I'm liking it so far, and everything is working as advertised. If I keep using it and I notice health improvements and it keeps working as advertised we could be talking love here. The wrist band remote is convenient and easy to use if a little flimsy with the 'MODE' button initially becoming stuck in the down position, then the bottom edge came out, which was relatively easy push it back back in place, so minor issue. After a quick scan of the online video setup and training videos I'm interested and plan on watching a few of the training videos and trying the workouts, which should help me get greater benefit from the equipment. There is also a Facebook community group page, which I'm told is pretty active and supportive but have not checked it out and don't plan to. Oh and there's a free 15 minute coaching session included with the purchase, which we have not yet scheduled, so cant comment on that, though I see that they offer paid coaching sessions, which might be useful if we didn't our physiotherapist wasn't already familiar with the platform and will no doubt be giving us exercises when applicable.

Just received my Rumblex Plus 4D. Used it twice the first day about 10 hours apart for 10 minutes as suggested online. Did not read instructions. Very simple to use. Found that programmed vibrations are very nice as they challenge your balance. Comfortable without shoes but prefer socks. Unit is large enough to stand on with comfortably and the unit is heavy enough not to move around with no one on it. Very sturdy and quiet, place the mat underneath and it is even quieter. Very surprised at the volume of the unit. Only used it for 2 days at the time of this review. Definitely felt a difference the first day. Second day notice a little more with my balance, first day I was catching myself adjusting my balance. The programs change motion which challenges your balance. I'm diabetic and just closing my eyes, throws my balance off. Will update my review in another 6 months if I remember. LOL
