Fun Cooking Tool. Wish It Were Made In USA
This pie iron works as intended. Makes great sandwiches and deserts. Lots of fun to use camping or at home. I bought Rome as this brand seems to be the one most often recommended. Quality seems fine. I guess time will tell. I wish these were made in the USA. If Lodge can make a 10.5 inch high quality iron skillet in Tennessee and sell it for $20, I don't understand why these pie irons, which sell for more, can't be made in USA too. I bought 4 different Rome pie irons. 2 were made in India and 2 were made in China.

Fun wedding gift
These are very sturdy. Bought (on a registry) for a wedding gift and the happy couple could not be more pleased.

Last camp cooker you will ever have to buy!
Well made and will last a lifetime. You do need some strength in your hands to hold it up, they are heavy duty!

I LOVE this thing
I LOVE this thing. Made cinnamon rolls, crescent rolls, and smores in this thing over the campfire. 4 stars because I'm not sure how this is and XL...barely fits a sandwich....

Great for camping.
Really liked the quality of these pie irons. We’ve used then over a fire and a propane stove. Nice and crispy when done.

Broken when taken out of box
Handle was broken before it was even put in the box and delivered. Ridiculous.
