Sennelier Soft Half ST PKG, 80 Pack (1 Piece)

This brand of pastels are just consistently good. They have a lot of pigment unlike a lot of cheap brands. I would say these are in the high range of the more affordable pastels. If your going to be new to pastels these are a good range to start with, don't buy cheap the experience will put you off. I use these in with the much more expensive brands side by side and will always be in my pallet.

Love these pastels and great colours

I found these a good selection of colours for landscape. They are rich in pigment and soft but not brittle. they look good enough to eat.

Great pastels beautiful blending and excellent colour ways, easy to create lovely landscapes I am not a professional painter but enjoy the atmosphere created by these pastels especially on black pastel paper.

Nothing to dislike, these are artist quality like other Sennelier products

Don't buy these unless you have lots of experience. They are extremely difficult to work with, they leave as much pastel in you as the paper just by handling them. if you attempt to use your fingers to work them, expect to be washing your hands almost constantly to avoid mixing colours when you don't want to. the pigments really work into your fingers so a quick wash doesn't work. what a nightmare. I wish I'd bought something harder and cheaper. wasted money

Sono fra i migliori pastelli che abbia mai utilizzato. Morbidi al punto giusto, sfumabili, colori vibranti. Il prezzo è alto però sono di grande qualità. Allego foto di un mio dipinto eseguito con i Sennelier.

I'm very happy with my Sennelier set, the colors are vibrant and really amazing. I also got it really cheaper compared to other sellers. I was a little stressed on its delivery though, I had to pick it up at Zoll, the main post office here in our city in Germany, because the package was marked with "Sudan" as its point of origin. The Zoll officer believed that this product is from China, marked as from Sudan (especially given its lower than normal price in amazon.de), and thus, they wanted to charge tax on it. I argued and debated with him, and after about 20 minutes of online reaserch, he eventually let me take the pastel set home without taxes. But the stress was worth it coz I love, love my Sennelier set and for a practical price at that.

Colores magnificos. Variantes q nunca he visto anteriormente

Pasteles riquísimos, demasiado suaves y colores muy brillantes. Son tan suaves que saturan rápido la textura del papel y lo hacen con un color brillante y puro, se recomienda usar para los toques finales de una obra. Yo uso papel ingres y solo puedo aplicarlos al final del proceso ya que como mencioné saturan rápido la textura del papel y eso evita que se sigan poniendo mas capas de color. Los fabricantes y artistas recomiendan usar papel de lija para sacarle mayor partido a tan bellos pasteles. No los recomiendo a principiantes ya que pueden frustrarse muy rápido porque basta muy poco para hacer manchas de color que podrían ensuciar una obra si no se manipulan con el debido cuidado
