Do you spray on dry or wet surfaces before cleaning?

Definitely, dry. Wait about 5 min and then scrub with a soft sponge to loosen dirt/scale, then rinse. See my other answer submitted before for more cleaning detail for this product.

No, it does not contain bleach.

Will this ruin the silicone thats around my shower? Other cleaners stripped and wore away the silicone
