How do you take off the collection tube from the head unit, i have unlocked the metal catch but the plastic tubing remains in place? tony..

You twist the collection tube that goes into the bag to the left or right. There are two lugs that correspond to the head unit. I have found this to be stiff so put some grease on the head unit, which makes it easier to put on and take off. To make it easier to take off hit the tube with palm of your hand whilst proping the unit against something that keeps the unit stable.
