Alarm Clock,1.2'' LED,Cordless,Battery Powered,Snooze,Table-top/Wall-mount

Three years ago, I needed a simple digital clock and chose this one. This clock is so good, I decided to buy a second one! Here are the positives (can't think of negatives): a) digital clock with an alarm that stays accurate until the next battery change b) super intuitive operation -- you won't need to find the instructions if you need to reset the time c) runs on 4 AA batteries and is low drainage. My Duracells only need replacing about every 18 months d) when the batteries run down, the indication is that the numerals grow dim rather than simply shutting the clock down (this is good in emergency situations) e) can be used in a bedroom without it lighting it up the entire room when it is dark. I have the green numerals and keep it on "low" display f) small enough to slide in anywhere with a simple classic exterior that doesn't call attention to itself g) good sized numerals that can easily be read across the room. The size of the numerals is not too large, however, and doesn't draw attention to itself h) super inexpensive without being cheap i) very lightweight and portable. On occasion, I have taken this out of my bedroom and used it in another location (outside). That's why I decided it was just better to get a second one!

This is the second one of these little clocks I have purchased! I liked the first one so much I bought another for a different room! Works for an incredibly long time on the batteries. When the first set of batteries no longer worked, it was easy to change them out and reset the clock. You can see the time from across the room because the display is very clear and the numbers are well sized. The display is bright, but not so bright it would distupt sleep. I haven’t used the alarm function, but I can vouch for The quality as far as keeping excellent time. I highly recommend this clock.

Really nice, easy to set up and set. AAA batteries last well, clear red numerals, Three brightness levels. Auto dim at night. Small size but large readable numbers.

This is a great clock. I bought two nearly identical ones in beige years ago and they’re still going strong. This new one in white is a slightly different material - thinner, glossier plastic - and the dimmer option has 3 settings instead of being light responsive. I like the dimmer settings very much as a dim red display is the #1 quality I look for in a clock. I do find that the lowest setting is still bright enough to be seen during the day. One thing I notice about both old and new models is that although they are designed to run with 4 AA batteries, they’ll turn on with only 2. It’s very easy to set the time on these, although with the older models I’ve noticed they tend to run a little fast. Not sure if this one will be similar. I’m attaching a photo of this clock next to a similar but smaller model. I think this one is a good size although it’s not necessarily compact. I also think the background of the display is lower contrast, which I like (and which is why I kept this one and returned the other).

We needed these clocks for off-grid (no electricity) RV living. We first bought the same clock in blue a year ago. It's still working out so well that we decided to get the red one for our bedroom. So, this review is mainly based on the clock we originally bought. Why we love these clocks: 1. Powered ONLY by (4) standard AA alkaline batteries. NO cords/charging required, which is pretty uncommon. 2. Large easily-read display. 3. Includes 3 brightness levels. We find the lowest setting quite bright enough, even during the day. 4. Doubles as a nightlight - even lowest brightness is similar to a dim nightlight. We personally find the red to be the most "soothing" for sleeping hours (a circadian-rhythm thing?). 5. Energy efficient - when kept on lowest brightness setting, 4 AA batteries last at least 6 months! 6. Keeps time accurately - I periodically check the time against my smart phone and have never had to adjust time. Conclusion: These reliable little clocks have exceeded all our expectations and have turned out to be well worth their modest price tag.

Good clock but goes through batteries like crazy. I’ve had it for four months and already had to replace the batteries twice. I have it on the lowest dimmer setting and don’t even use it as an alarm. Simply for display but still just eats through batteries.

Do not hesitate to buy this clock! It's very good quality, not lightweight, easy to set, easy to see the time in the dark, it's wonderful!

Good display, any one can buy without thinking. Delivery it will take almost one month but still you can wait for this product.

The numbers are large and easy to read both day and night. But it is not too bright. It sits very near my face when I'm sleeping but it does not disturb me at all. A prefect travel clock to take when visiting countries that have different electricity as it runs totally on batteries.

Product runs on battery alone which is what I am looking for, alarm sounds soft and is perfect for me, clock light is beautiful and can easily be seen in the dark. Clock is perfect for me :)

Je voulais pouvoir lire l'heure la nuit de mon lit. La couleur bleue est douce et non agressive. Les chiffres sont grands assez pour pouvoir les lire sans lunettes. Je ne l'utilise pas comme réveil mais comme horloge. Luminosité réglable?? je ne vois pas la différence, je laisse sur max et c'est parfait.
