Have been experiencing a very anxious time for the past six months. This has really calmed me down

As someone who has recently discovered Ashwaghanda, I was really pleased to see a product coming from Numan and thanks to the trust I have with this company (having used other products of theirs) I instantly ordered. You'd need to take this for a period of 4-6 weeks before you see any real benefit and it's really disappointing to see that for this price point (roughly £20) you only get a month's worth. The tablets are quite big as well and I know there are better alternatives out there where you get better ingredients, less bulk, better strength and potency for around 50-60% of the price just because it's Numan. Trusted brand names as well, and therefore this one is hard to recommend.

Aptly named 'Numan', this healthcare company cater for Male health and well being. As a female, this company doesn't directly help me, but does indirectly help me by providing information and advice I can pass onto my partner of 26 years, who would 'put up with it' rather than 'check it out'. Numan is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and the MHRA, and registered with the GPhC. The Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of all Health And Social Care services in England has rated this company as 'GOOD', which is reassuring and a considerably better score than most of the public Health Care ratings they award. Numan has a trust pilot score of 4.2/5 with over 12,000 reviews, so it clears any doubt on whether the products offered are genuine. Now having said all this... I ordered my partner a food supplement "Stressless". He is approaching 51, and although I'm not a Biologist, sometimes I quite honestly believe there must be a male equivalent to the female menopause that affects men. Now, our 3 children are all adults, so we get to spend a little more time together and tonight I decided to mention this 'Stressless' and reassured him I've thoroughly checked Numan out (which he knows I would of done) and I would consider this a safe option to try. He agreed he would take 2 capsules which is the daily recommended dose... UNTIL I opened the bottle and he saw the transparent capsules which did to be honest, look like some Blackpool beach sand with Black hairs and bits in. Then he totally retracted his initial willingness. I am aware there are some natural products like 'Black Pepper' and plant root extracts in the ingredients, but, this leaves these capsules visually repulsive. lf the contents was enclosed in non-transparent capsule I am fairly confident he would of started the process of benefiting from this supplement.

I've been taking a variety of supplements for years now and feel that it has definitely improved my general health and wellbeing. I'm a big fan of ashwagandha and was excited to try this supplement for management. The addition of Rhodiola Rosea and Oat extract also sounded promising. First up, not a huge fan of the label design. Although unique and quirky I found it a bit impractical and not that easy to focus on. The capsules aren't the smallest but I find them easy to take. The appearance of them doesn't bother me (yeah, maybe not as aesthetically pleasing as turmeric but they went down the hatch in no time so I didn't really give it any further thought) This tub gives you a 15 day supply (2 capsules per day/ 30 count) which may not be the best value for money. Its always tricky to say how well a supplement works and if any noticeable changes can be attributed to the current supplementation regime but I'd like to think that these capsules do have a calming effect on me

For £19 you get 60 capsules and the recommended dose is 2 per day so it will not last long. The natural ingredients are said to help with mood swings, insomnia and stress. Contains B6, Folic acid, Magnesium and Thiamine, made in the UK.

The capsules are easy to swallow ✔️ These are brilliant helps calm the mind and helps the body better handle stress 😁👍 I find them fast acting. Relaxing 😌 Definitely value for money and i highly recommend 😁👍

This is a great supplement to take to keep you calm and level headed. If you're going through a stressful time in life, then these will hopefully settle you down a bit. I've found that they worked pretty well when I had exams and I'd recommend them!

I take two capsules daily, as recommended, and I am delighted with the quality of the supplement. Numan is a reputable UK company, highly regulated, and with exceptional reviews. Therefore, I also ordered the Sleep Deep product because I struggle with my fragmented sleep. I am happy to continue taking my capsules and enjoy their synergistic effect on my mental and general well-being!
