Sticky
Good for me and not so good for bugs. I like that I can drop it in without getting my hands sticky. I like that the bugs are stuck and I don’t have to see them.Easy to dispose of, just open the machine and dump

So easy to change!
This glue disc was so easy to change! I HATE bugs, and was so glad that all I had to do was tip this into the trash and put a new one in the trap. No need to reach into the bottom of the trap and take out a bug covered glue disk! And these are super sticky, I have caught a bunch of gnats. I have never even seen any flying around my kitchen, this trap and the glue discs are doing a great job of catching the gnats before they even become a problem!
