The quality for the money is great compared to other big box brands. It was easy to install, and looks much more expensive than it was. It seems to be mostly metal with little plastic material. It has held up well with our extremely hot water. (Heater is about 7ft away from this in a utility room) Flow/pressure is good. The spray mode with our really hot water easily powers off the toughest baked on food bits with minimal scrubbing. I'm sure it will last, but even if it only made it 2 years, I'd buy it again at the price I paid!

The box contained the faucet with attached hoses as well as everything needed for its installation (even a glove to keep your hand clean). Impeded only by the clutter of piping underneath my kitchen sink, installation was straightforward, guided by the included instructions. It’s a one hole product, though a plate is included to cover the holes of a three hole counter or sink. Operation is versatile and easy. Once the weight is positioned properly on the hose attached to the sprayer, the head can be extended to the length determined by the weight location and retracts either into the bracket or the hardware at the end of the spring if a higher position with water discharging at an angle rather than straight down is desired. The entire exposed assembly rotates to any position. The head has buttons that deliver a stream or a spray pattern, as well as a convenient pause function that operates while depressed (no locking function). There’s a lot to like here and I haven’t found anything negative, so it gets the full five stars.

This gave us something we have been missing for 8 years. My brew team thanked me and were actually excited to see it. When I unboxed it for install I was very impressed with the look and obvious quality. The sprayer extends to everywhere we need it to go and the pause button is priceless. I couldn't be happier with this faucet. 2 employees have purchased it for theirhome use.

It's a very nice faucet and was easy to install. I don't have any complaints so far . The last one I purchased from Amazon lasted a little over a year but the price was a lot less as well.

This item works well, but the intermittent stopping can be annoying.

The sensor doesn’t respond as it should. Once you use the sensor to stop the top, you cannot use the sensor to turn it back on. You need to close the faucet and rerun it to run the water. Sometimes, even doing this does not allow the water flow, you need to try closing and open the faucet multiple times for the water to flow out. I wouldn’t recommend this product. Currently, searching for a replacement.
