Great kit for polishing lenses
Good sized kit for a good price. I’ve been doing some headlight restorations and polishing backup camera lenses on my older cars with oxidation. These multi step pads are just what i needed and they work great. I haven’t been beating them up, but they seem fairly durable for regular and light use. If you go in steps and use good cutting/polishing compounds, these will polish everything up well and leave it nice and shiny with ease.

Worked GREAT!!
This worked very good and the lens look amazing. Can't beat it for the value. It was very easy to use. Just make sure you keep the lens wet with water while sanding. I did use Meguiar's headlight coating to help protect the lens.

Good.
Great kit. Good for rim restorals too. You do need a powerful drill

Best ever, read for tips !
1st, if your headlights are only slightly faded, use the orange, blue, green black and yellow pads with some Plastic polish ( Meguiar's G12310 PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish, 10 Fluid Ounces https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000AY3SR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_8AMQSXJB602FSA7QBWJW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 ). Spray light water on sponge and headlight and do side to side on one sponge, then up and down on the next aping and repeat. Do not use white buff cloth pad. (Use drill for sponge pads only ) For the absolute best results for severe damage, do not use drill when sanding. Use spray water bottle and wet sand in side to side motion with 1st pad then when you change pad go up and down. Repeat with each sand pad. Use lots of water. Then use the drill with the buffing sponges in the order it says above in listing. Use with a plastic polish ( Meguiar's G12310 PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish, 10 Fluid Ounces https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000AY3SR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_8AMQSXJB602FSA7QBWJW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 ). Do not use white buffing cloth pad. Once done, use plastic protection film sold on Amazon for 5 year protection or a spray for 1-2 year protection. My Audi Q7 headlights were TERRIBLE and they look brand new ! Set aside a few hours to do it right, don’t get discouraged, they look terrible until you’re buffing them. Good luck all ! For horrid headlights, but a 600 and 800 grit sandpaper pads and do the same as above. Some headlights have deep scratches that’ll require a little more work, but it will work.

Cheaper than having it done I guess
Look at the clarity between the 2nd (a little fuzzy) and 4th (slightly clearer) picture. The difference is I used 3M lens cleaner on the 4th picture from the beginning of the process (all pads and papers). Maybe if I refined the process it would work even better. The instructions, that are obviously not translated well from chinese... and are NOT included in the package, you have to go back to the Amazon ad to get them, say only use water which is what I did on the 2nd picture. Clearly, lol, it made a difference, at night it was obvious as well when using the headlights. Do the 2008 headlights look new, no, but better. The chinese lack of Takumi, and Kaizen (look em up) is ever present, get it out cheap and in a hurry, the Americans will buy it, they are cheap. the lack of instructions in the package, the poor translation of the instructions on the ad, the lack of grit numbers on the scouring pads (also available on the web ad) make for a frustrating experience that was unnecessary, it would take so little effort to do things correctly, have a LITTLE pride in your "work". A product that probably costs $1.50 to make selling for $13 and you can't put an instruction sheet in the unmarked plastic bag? Really? AMAZON - I suggest (boldly) putting on the product description the ACTUAL country of origin. - china, Japan, India, etc. MAYBE that would create some pride in the "manufacturer" representing their country, and give us a preview of the quality we could expect. If I had 2 of these products side by side and one said china, and one said Japan, I would buy the Japanese one every time.

Take your time follow the steps, trust it gets worse before it gets better.
I used this to clean the wife’s Acadia cloudy headlights. The “instructions” or steps to follow are son the side of the box. It’s not a quick process, multiple steps involved probably took 2 hours per head light. I did leave on the car and taped the car up with multiple layers of painters tape around the headlight. After doing all that I followed with this product Brand: MPD MPD Cobalt Charm Headlight Restorer – 8 oz | Removes Yellowing, Haze & Oxidation | Restores Lens Clarity & Brightness | Enhances Nighttime Visibility as a “finishing step” wife thought I bought new headlights. It’s been a week and we will see how long it looks good but this process is cheaper than replacing the headlights for $500-600. I have the XID lights. Sorry no before and after pictures.

Great product and price.
Good value. I used this for my riding lawn mower lens insert. It was in pretty bad shape, nicks and gouges along with dulling and foggy. It didn't clean up the deep scratches and gouges but following the steps, it cleared the lens. Very happy with the product. Worked well on a 25 year old neglected and abused lens.
