Quality product but didn’t fit my wiring but nor did 2 others. Struggling to find a replacement.

Came with Broken Mic
Item was installed today by electrician. I got the handset with the microphone broken. The guy tested more combinations of the wires and checked the item as well, but the mic just doesn’t work. All I can use it is to open the door. Can’t find a way to contact the seller

Het is goedkoop en ziet er netjes uit. Maar het was wel erg ingewikkeld om het in te stellen. We kunnen nog steeds niet praten via de telecom. We horen de mensen wel beneden en de deur open doen.
