I received my Cold Pod in record time from my friendly Amazon driver and was excited to get it set up. The pod comes neatly in a handy bag with a small manual pump to inflate the upper ring of the pod. This beauty is super simple and quick to set up(instructions included for those who may need them). 11 minutes to fill, add a block of ice, get in and feel the benefits. I had my first go(10 minutes), an hour before bed and it was the best night’s sleep I’ve had for a long long time. I have used the pod every day for a week and I’m not feeling sluggish, I feel more pro-active and niggling aches are disappearing. Super sturdy Doesn’t take up too much room or look out of place in the garden Portable(can’t wait to take it camping with us) Great thermal cover, the water’s temperature doesn’t rise, even with the beauty sunshine this weekend. Kids love it, we’ve all had fun timing each other, who can stay in the longest. Great fun, great benefits. Super happy customer.

Absolutely love my cold pod ice bath. Took me 5 minutes to set up easy instructions and the pump that comes with it to blow the inflatable ring at the too which is a great addition when it comes to set up. The handy carry bag it comes in when you first get it out of the box is so small I wondered how big the actual tub would be but once I got it out and set up I quickly realised the tub is massive and can easily fit in and dunk my full body no trouble. Very happy with it and when it's packed down in to the carry case it's nice and compact and I can take it anywhere. Cannot wait to keep using it and learn more about the benefits. I've been training hard lately and getting straight in to this after a hard run or ride helps me to feel refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend the cold pod. Oh and FYI the thermal cover is nice and light and easy to put on once you're done. Give it a go you won't be disappointed

Owned my plunge pod for a few months now and use it most days. I chose this one as its a UK based company and frankly did'nt want 2 months for it to arrive. This was literally next day delievery which was a bonus. Easy to fill up, drain and clean. Usually change the water every week as it does get abit grimey after a while. Suprisingly roomy, i am 6ft 2 and the water, when full is up to my neck. Great bit of kit, easy to assemble and use. The only downsides are the fact it doesnt stay that cold when hot outside. Once filled up its usually around the 14 degree mark, once the suns been on it for a day it creeps up to around 20 degrees, so not really a cold pod. But in the cooler weather, it works as it should. Could maybe do with a extra thermo lid like other conpanies use? All in all happy with my purchase

This product is well made with what feels like high quality materials. It looks a lot better than other cold tubs on the market and is a luxurious upgrade coming from a plastic tub. I wish I chose this straight away. The set up was really easy and only took a couple of minutes. There is also an easy to follow start up guide. I am about 5"10 and when sat fully onto the bottom I am covered up to my chin with plenty of room around me unlike other products where I have found I am cramped up by my legs while crouching down. there is padding on the bottom which was very comfortable to sit in as well as in inflatable neck rest around the top of the ring. The lid is easy to apply and secured on with a drawstring. The valve allows easy emptying of the cold tub with an attachable hose (just make sure you close it before filling the tub unlike me). Everything was packaged very professionally with everything I needed including a bag for easy storage. Very prompt delivery I could not recommend this product enough!

If I could give this more stars I would. The convenience of having a cold pod outside my back door has changed my life. I was diagnosed with pancolitis, manifesting as months of uncontrollable diarrhoea, aching joints and fatigue. Within a week all these symptoms have dramatically improved. The pod itself is very easy to put up, fill and most importantly, get in and out of. It is surprisingly spacious for how little room it takes up.

From the Moment I got this tub it was brilliant, it was well packaged, nice little touch to have a carry bag with it, it was super easy to assemble, as well as being easy to assemble it’s really robust and durable, the quality it really good and the thermal cover does exactly the job it’s designed for, also having the outlet tap on the side to empty the water is an excellent idea and makes it easy to drain, you even get supplied an extension tube so you can drain it straight into the sink or drain (no need to just empty it on the floor) I’m 6ft and 18 stone and the size of this tub is perfect for me. this is a firm 5 star review of this product

Great quality, good packaging but the lid has a mesh hole in it and Unfortunately I think this Will let rain water in and other things like moss and dirt. I think this could help speed up the degrade of the water in the pod. So I wasn’t able to use as I need to find one with a solid lid Wasn’t able find an option to send the seller a message so only option is to set up a return 🙁 Fantastic packaging and looks really good quality!

I've been thinking about getting one of these, as several of my friends have them and it's clear how much they've benefitted from it, so I 'took the plunge' and made my purchase. When I first saw the box The Cold Pod was delivered in, I thought that there is no way it could possibly be big enough, but.........hold on!! I took it out of the box and this is what I discovered. It was so easy to put together - it took just a few minutes. I immediately got into it and even though I'm 6ft ( 183cms) tall, I could see that I could easily use this - and I wouldn't be using too much water either!! This was totally doable! It's such a clever design and well within the budget of most people and it has excellent social media support. This is a UK company which is always a bonus, though, like most things these days, it's made in China. I imagine that if it was manufactured in England it would be twice the price!! A couple of the features I like are the easy drain system and the clever lid to help keep the water clean and cold. It looks pretty cool, too! ( pun intended!) For the last few years I have lived with M.E. / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and have researched everything I can about the condition, so that I can live as normal a life as possible. I've been investigating the benefits of cold therapy and I am excited to experience the effects. Knowing how much friends are now experiencing a greater sense of well-being using The Cold Pod, I can't wait to report back on the benefits, which I will do probably in a couple of months. I used to live near the sea and it was easy to go to the beach and take a cold plunge there, but I no longer have that advantage, so this is going to be the best alternative I can think of.
