YM E-Bright LED Hood Light Strip, 70in RGB App Control Dynamic Scan DRL 12V

We installed this on our 2015 Honda Crosstour and have been really happy with it. My husband did the installation and said it was fairly straightforward. You do need some basic knowledge of automotive wiring if you want to wire it so that it turns on and off together with the car’s lights, but the physical installation itself wasn’t difficult. I was especially curious about how well the adhesive would hold. The strip has adhesive along both the top and bottom, and ours has been through Florida heat and plenty of rain without coming loose. At night it looks really good. The light appears as a nice, smooth strip rather than a row of obvious individual LEDs, and the brightness blends nicely with the car’s front lights without looking excessive. During the daytime, the strip itself is surprisingly unobtrusive and you barely notice it when it’s off. We haven’t had any problems with it so far, and we like the result enough that we’re considering getting another one for our second car.

Great light bar, very easy to install

Until I know it lasts at least 6 months no 5 star. Looks good, instructions were awful, fyi you can fuse into mostly anywhere, just know that whatever you fuse into like say the horn for instance or the radio interesting things may happen. I wired mine into my fog lights button. Works great, not sure if adhesive will work correctly. Black to battery terminal and red to one of the fuses. When I plugged mine into my acc it just stayed on all the time. So yeah. It does mention in the instructions to wire into the headlights and acc, but nope nope nope I ain’t doing that. Just bought new headlights and this is far easier. Also whatever cleaning pads this comes with has to be a very strong acetone, it smells like it so, yeah clean away!

They work very well, and looks good at night.

I have a 2019 toyota highlander and I bought these lights for it to make it a bit nicer. I had tried installing them 2 different ways and no luck. I only want them on when I use my headlights. So I hooked them up to the headlight fuse and they wouldn't power on once I turned on the headlights but if I turned the headlights off then they would work. Then I tried connecting it to the acc as stated they power on when this started and powers off but why make it to stay on during the day when you can't even really see them. It doesn't make sense because using them during the day just wasting the light. So now I installed them idk what to do because I idk if I can connect the power to the power wire on the headlight or spend 75 dollars for someone to install a switch to power them at night because it's really not worth it especially when i don't have that kind of money to throw away. I'm not happy about this situation. If your like me where you want to use them at night only I wouldn't recommend them!!!! But if you don't mind them staying on all hours as the vehicle is running then you'll have no problem.

These lights look great on my truck. I've had them installed for about 3-4 months now and they haven't faltered. For the low price, I kind of expected to need to replace them but I have not as of yet (knock on wood!) Would buy them again even if a strand failed me. The app is intuitive, connects easily to the lights and controls them as expected. I think they are a great value for the money. Super easy to install. The adhesive seems strong. Only issue I've seen is around corners of my grill where there really isn't anything to really stick to. These aren't quite as bendy as I'd like but even with that said, where the corners turn and aren't really stuck, the rest if the strand is solid so I don't fear anything happening to them and I commute an hour every day. I get tons of compliments about the lights and they are bright enough that you could have them on in the daytime and they could be seen.

Worked good and looked nice for about 4 months then half the light cut off. Has good adhesive and the white light went well with my headlights. Just wish it lasted longer.

Ils sont corrects et assez faciles à installer avec le bon équipement et le bon temps. Malheureusement, la qualité n'est pas de premier ordre et les lumières ne peuvent pas être installées dans des angles étroits. Mesurez deux fois avant de commander. Le bleu est TRÈS BLEU et vous fera arrêter par la loi...
