Vive Hand Exercise Eggs (4)

Good fit for the hand in various resistance settings.

To start with the positives: the Stress Balls/Eggs seem to be off very good quality and are easily stored in their little black bag to keep them all together. They have a lovely slightly rough texture, and their firmness is colour-coded in lovely relaxing shades of blue. However, I decided to return the item as even the 'softest' stress egg was still too firm to comfortably do the hand exercise as prescribed by my phydio therapist. I also felt they are a bit too big for my hands. I think they are more suitable for larger hands that already have a strong grip, though, I was tempted to keep them to have something I can throw against a wall to destress without causing damage🤣
