Fine for thin coats of paint. I'll try the Heavy Duty one for the rest of the door. It's an older door that's been painted about 5 different colours over the years and a thick gloss top coat. This paint stripper can cut through about 1.5 layers of paint after waiting 45mins - 1 hour. It does get quite goopy and sticky. It's not too smelly, I opened the window the first day, but forgot to open the window the second day and it wasn't too terrible with my high ceilings. I would recommend scoring your painted surface to cut through a bit more effectively with the paint stripper.

Bought this to strip the paint of my skirting and door frame. It works really well if you follow the instructions correctly. It’s cheap and the bottle looks like it will cover a large area. It wipes away easily. Only done a little bit so far but well worth it for me.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to. It is an easy to use, no nonsense paint stripper. I used it on door frames which had several layers of paint on an under coat of varnish and Paint Predator removed all of them in one application.
