Awesome and easy but not all pins will go in
Update: haven’t been able to use it in months since the upper part broke at the base. Very disappointing. I’m not a big person and I used it properly. I am trying to figure out if it can be welded back together as it would be nice to have it back in my arsenal of equipment and I don’t want to spend $150 bucks to replace it and just have it break again. I was so excited to add this to my home gym. I have wanted one for a long time. This covers 2 exercises I wanted to add for glutes and quads. Setup is easy and just a few pieces and steps. However, I cannot get the pins into one side for the life of me. The other side was no issue. But days into this I am trying to figure how to get the other side to work. I know this will be great once I figure it out. I haven’t had a chance to use the bands yet because of the pin issue . So I can’t tell about the strength and effectiveness of those yet. It fits my tall 6’ frame just fine and feels sturdy. Doesn’t take up much space.

Versatile and great for the price
This is a very sturdy and useful piece of workout equipment. I would've given it two stars because it was packaged poorly and slightly damaged. In the description, it said I love the variety of exercises I can do with this bench. Obviously I use it for sissy squats and hip thrusts, but also lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and bridges with elevated feet. For the last one I recommend placing a balance pad by the foot plate so you can lay down comfortably. Then place your feet on the resting pad to do your bridges from there. There are also these rings on the side between the handles that no one mentions, so you can attach some resistance bands for even more variety of exercises. I'm sure I can attach a tubing resistance band on one side, put an ankle attachment on and do kick backs or maybe even donkey kicks. I've also used long loop resistance bands while doing sissy squats and lunges. You can really take advantage of this thing and do some pretty advanced exercises if you know how to use it. It's small and easy to take apart if you don't have room to store it.

Chair is awesome but wheels need improving
Chair is great for my back and posture! I would have gave 5 stars but the wheels are not the greatest.

Easy to use at home
I’ve been using this lifepro hip thrust machine at home and it works really well. It feels sturdy, was easy to set up and make hip thrust much more comfortable without needing a barbell. It doesn’t take up much space and is easy to store.

DO NOT BUY
This machine is manufactured extremely poorly. I’ve only had it for about 1 month and it was completely wobbly the moment I started using it. I made sure it was put together properly but the way it’s made makes that impossible. It has completely broken at the base and irreparable. Such a waste of money!!! Highly DON’T recommend.

Almost Perfect - Backrest Stability Issue
I genuinely love this hip thrust machine and think it’s an excellent piece of equipment overall. It’s been very effective for my training and has helped me make noticeable progress. The only drawback appears to be a manufacturing detail in the backrest assembly. The bolt holes or tolerances don’t seem tight enough, which allows the backrest to wobble during use. This isn’t a major issue during standard hip thrusts, but it becomes noticeable and problematic during single-leg movements. The instability creates an insecure feeling, makes balance harder to maintain, and limits the ability to fully engage each side evenly. With a more stable, better-fitted backrest, this would be an outstanding machine. As it stands, it’s still very good - just held back by that drawback.

You want gains, you need this!
Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to love! Who doesn't love working their back side? I work out with free weights at home. We have a bench that I love but it's just a little too tall for some things like Bulgarians. The GluteBlaster was suggested to me as I am a big fan (and owner) of a couple other LifePro products. Wow, this changes the game for all sorts of positions! It is so easy to feel the muscle activation when you're in a restricted movement. Restricted as in your feet are held in position and the cushion ensures I'm hitting the same squat depth consistently. I wish it were able to break down and fold flatter for storage. As it is, it does fold for more compact storage. It's super easy to move around with wheels on one side. Now one piece I have failed to mention about this product that isn't directly about this product. When you make a purchase from LIFEPRO, rest assured you're getting a GREAT product and even better than the product is their customer service! Questions are answered promptly, thoroughly and so genuinely. I have a favorite rep and I told her I wanted to put her on blast for her outstanding help. Can't think of a better way to do it than right here! Sarah, you're the best!

A gym away from home.
I received this item several days ago and really love it. The quality is really really good, sturdy and assembly is easy and is exactly what shows on the picture. I love the chart that comes in the box showing which parts of the body you can work on. It also comes with straps. I was going to the gym but cant get there as much as I want and felt like I was starting over. So having this in my home and to see the many different areas of the body it targets is a big plus when I cant get to the gym. Easy to use and would definitely recommend. Its worth every penny.

Love this glute bench
Love this bench. It's great cushioning for Bulgarian split squats and hip thrusters etc. Only thing is that I couldn't tighten the seat enough and it wiggles a teensy bit. Removed one star for that. Still very satisfied with this concept and get a great glute workout with it.

It’s a masterpiece 👌🏾
This is the best purchase I’ve made so far this year. Was astonished to find out that you can use it to workout your upper body (chest) too. Love love loooove it so much.

Nothing special. 😕
Pretty much nothing too special. meh 🫤 Using it for hip thrust is awkward: getting into position is kinda like sitting on a little kids chair but lower to the ground. Bands are pretty novice even using the “heavy” version which offers nowhere near the resistance expected 😕 The foot plate for thrusts is a coated metal and offers no strong grip. Sissy squat is fun ish but the foot “holder” is again awkward: the screw down handle sticks making it hard to get your foot out… it also doesn’t screw down far enough for my foot creating a slight rocking motion during the sitting back phase that puts a fair bit of pressure on the bridge of my foot. The calf/back support doesn’t fully tighten due to the products design leaving an occasional wiggle when you kinda least want to feel unstable.
