Overview: This is the perfect case for your full-size headphone, especially the Sony MDR-Z7. After owning it for about a month, this is a list of pros and cons I could come up with: Pros: - Sturdy case (would not damage the headphone from a short fall) - Good build material for the price - The zipper is high quality that would withstand abuse - Nice fur-like material inside the case that would not scratch the headphone - Compact case that fits a big headphone like the Z7 and still has room for the wire and a portable Amp like the FIIO A5 - Great size for travel Cons: - Need at least a pocket to store more accessories like a dongle - The zipping sound is extremely loud that would annoy your office co-workers (nitpicking at this point) Overall: This is an amazing portable case for any full-size headphone that also has enough room for detachable cables and a portable amp. Score: 5/5 would recommend this for everyone looking for a compact sturdy full-size headphone case.

Nice, but somewhat of a tight fit

I just bought the Nylon case but have owned the pro dimple case for almost 5 years. The pro dimple case has held up well with traveling and gigs but the outer material is flaking off which I think will happen over time especially for outdoor use. As far as protection, you can't go wrong and both cases are robust and the interior is super soft to keep your cans protected. I will continue to use the dimple black case for travel and the nylon case for home. Between the two cases, I prefer the Nylon. It looks super cool and I think the outer material will hold up better over time. 5 stars! Dimple black is still a great case so I'll give it 4 out of 5 stars only because of the flaking outer material. Also, just an FYI, Slappa has a 1 year warranty per their website, not lifetime warranty.

I bought this case specifically for my Samson SR850 headphones, which are really massive and don't collapse in any way. I tried two other cases, which turned out to both be too small, before I found this Slappa case. It fit perfectly! Build quality seems very good, and makes me comfortable carrying my SR850's with me to the office in my jam-packed briefcase every day.

I LOVE THIS CASE! It fits all my larger headphones with ease. It has a nice durable nylon outside finish and a super plush velour like inner material. Like kitten fur for your headphones....but no shedding. The case easily fits Audio Technica ART series cans, specifically the ATH-A700 and ATH-AD700. FOSTEX TH-X00...no problem. Beyerdynamic DT 990 and DT 880.... check. Sennheiser HD 6xx.... perfect. HIFIMan HE4xx..... fits with no issues. This case will obviously fit any of the smaller headphones but it will be overkill and the headphone would not be securely held as a larger one would. .. take note. For smaller cans I suggest the Slappa SL-HP-07. I have 3 of this case and 3 of the smaller SL-HP-07 and I have no complaints at all. There are some claiming that the zippers break but I haven't had that issue. I DO support the base of the zipper when pulling to mitigate this potential issue. I've tried several other larger cases and was always disapointed with one or more features. The Slappa cases are the real deal and SUPER HIGH QUALITY. Get one today....you'll buy another. One final thought.....I've seen some reviewers....and I use that term loosely, give this case a low rating because it was TOO LARGE for their needs. This is the most idiotic and illogical type of review and the person's motives really need to be questioned. Again....buy this case. You won't find a better one for the price. Period.

I bought this case hoping it would work for my Audeze Maxwell. It fits great. It's a semi-hard case that seems together at the zipper, so I expect it will travel in my suitcase just fine. It's exactly what I was looking for.

Mine arrived a little crooked. It seems as though one half of the case was offset when it was stitched together. It still fits my Samson SR850s very well, though, and to be fair I was mainly looking for something to keep them dust-free between uses. The material itself feels good, and the zipper is nice and chunky for sturdiness. But as far as holding up to intense travel as-is, I'm not so certain -- The case shifts and overlaps itself when pressed together, even with headphones inside. Wouldn't risk shoving it into an overpacked bag. For EDC or a non-overhead carryon bag, though, I think it'll be just fine. This is all just my thoughts based on the manufacturing defect, however! I'm sure a properly constructed one is more than secure enough.

Qualidade excelente, comprei a case pq meu headphone n dobra, e ela atendeu minhas expectativas quanto a qualidade. Muito resistente, só é grande, n cabe em qualquer bolsinha. O espaço dentro é ótimo até para os fones maiores.
