UPDATE 2/19/25: Excellent Customer Service. Easy to reach and prompt response. Replacement for the broken USB connection part of the cord is on its way. Still alternating use on hips, knees, back and hand every day and it really makes a difference in my mobility. I am also on their waiting list for their red light therapy cap for thinning hair. UPDATE 2/16/2025: The red wire that connects to the USB broke. I will contact the co. and see what they say. Photo added. I have used this device every day since I got it in July 2024 and want to keep using it. The black plastic cover for the USB also broke apart. UPDATE 11/19/24: After 31 25-minute hip treatments I can walk as I did before my fall. It has also helped treat a 'trigger finger', still a little stiff but not 'catching' all the time and I can make a fist; I have only used it on my hand about 8 times so far; also helped reduce sharp pain at the bottom of my right thumb. I like the belt because I can double it and treat my hand on both sides. I use it somewhere every day. For me, it was well worth the cost. NOTE: I used this therapy method very soon, not after having a condition for years so if you are in the latter category, it may take many weeks of treatment 3-5 times a week for you to see results. ORIGINAL review: Arrives exactly as described. Plenty of length to wrap around your hips or back; I am able to wrap around my whole body as I am a small person. Strong velcro so it stays in place. It's well made and seems to be of very good quality. 800# for support and a lifetime warranty. Comes with a little user guide. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hip joint and knee post-fall and it was very painful to walk, sit and bend. In just 9 20-minute combined infrared & near infrared sessions with this device, I have about a 90% improvement. I can walk, sit and bend with very little pain - I'd say I went from about a 5 to a 1-2 on a scale of 10. My hip has arthritis so it will never be perfect. I cannot say this will work for everyone, but I can say it worked for me and I'm going to keep using it on a regular basis on hips, knees, back and hands. P.S. I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this device as there are warnings about cheaper ones causing burns. This one gets warm but not hot, they say rest 3 hrs. between uses to let it completely cool. It is made in China.

For anyone on the fence about ordering this, do it now. This belt is a miracle worker. This is the second device I've owned. The first is a small wand from another manufacturer. It was for my senior dog to treat a torn CCL. Her vet started the red light therapy to try and avoid surgery. My sister sent me an equine wand she had so i didnt have to transport (or pay for) treatments every day. He thought it would take about a year before she regained basic independent, sound walking. Within 5 months she was climbing stairs, running, pivoting, and jumping with ease and pain free. I started using the wand on my own aches and pains, then my sister talked me into ordering this belt. It delivers the same frequency, wattage, strength as her pro model but covers a larger area at one time, plus I wouldn't have to hold and move the wand. I couldn't be happier and my knees, hips, back and shoulders feel great. Even the skin in the treated areas appears healthier and more youthful (I'm 67). My cousin is currently borrowing it to try it out after knee replacement surgery. Her doctor told her today she is progressing much faster than she was before she started the light therapy. This product is fairly priced, made of quality and durable materials. The battery holds a charge well, providing approximately five 30 minute sessions per charge for us. It's been used on the dog and 3 humans almost daily for 3 months and still looks brand new out of the box. The written instructions included in the box are well written and easily understood. There is product support on Lifepro's site that is easy to access and easy to navigate. I recommend this product and would definitely buy this product or any of their products again. Works well on back. More difficult to use on knee because of lengt but still feel good purchase. The red light therapy eases the pain I my lower back.

This is my 2nd purchase of an RLT belt. The quality of this one far exceeds that of the first one. The quality is superior, the company is reliable, and I have had no problems with it thus far. However, while I have not seen the results that others have claimed to see in terms of melting belly fat, I have used it therapeutically for pain and discomfort, and it has helped.

My husband bad fallen on his back, we tried all the regular things heat ice heating pad no relief. I got a recommendation from my daughter to Ty this. As soon as he used it a few times he can get up and walk without too much pain. We can’t say enough about this product. I am going to get another one for myself as he say I won’t share. Hs
