Daily Nutritional Support

Great healthy protein. A bit sweet though made with artificial sweetener. It’s recommended for me as I needed easily digestible ingredients. I add half scoop to my smoothie daily. Good vanilla and smooth taste, blends well.

Make it thin or thick, for me it's a way to get nutrition and hydration first thing in the morning. I have loads of energy that begun with my first container. I've had no digestive issues. The taste is good compared to some of the other nutritional drinks. I've only tried the Chocolate. I'm doing an experiment on myself...1 container of this then 1 container of AG1. I'll take a day or two off every now and then to have a big delicious nutritious homemade smoothie. Doing that makes it last longer to help mitigate the cost. It's not marketed as a protein powder but rather as nutrition. You can always add a scoop of protein if you want more. For me it beats supplementing with a lot of bottles of individual nutrients. I do still take a D3 + K2 supplement because I've been chronically low.

I have used this supplement for about a year and love it. It doesn't cause bloating, keeps me full all morning and I feel great when I use it regularly. It's good with just water but better with some fruit blended in.

This has given me increased energy and good mood. Pretty tasty in a smoothie. No gas or bloat that I get with other "similar" produces.

I like all the nutrients it supplies. Mixes easily.

I mix this with almond milk, frozen fruit , and a banana every morning. This is a great way to supplement your vitamins!
