Excellent Seasoning
Used this pepper blend along with a little kosher salt to season a tri tip and it was delicious! Formed a nice crust on the steak while grilling and gave a great flavor. Also sprinkled on some roasted veggies and that was very good too. This will be getting a lot of use in my kitchen, I'll be trying it on chicken next.

NO SALT amazing topping!
Being Johnny's brand says it all. We end up finding all kinds of people who can use and need this. There is NO SALT in this and the flavors are amazing. We order on Amazon because our grocery store does not always have this in stock. The peppers in this are not hot. The 5 oz. is a bit small and you should order two because once you try this you will want more. You will use this for a lot of recipes. Great in soups, on eggs, on baked potatoes and steaks and more!

This was not my first choice. I've been hooked on McCormick Hot Shot for years. However, that was unavailable. I purchased this as the closest substitute I could find. I have been pleasantly surprised. I'm using it with steak, chicken, scrambled eggs, pasta, fried potatoes. It has a nice zing and is much better than the seasoned peppers I have tried before (beats Lawry's hands down). I still love my Hot Shot, but will probably grab this as well in the future.

I don't use a lot of salt but I like this one and my store quit selling it so if I had to check to see how much I was buying about enough the last 10 years I won't buy this one again for a while because it's going to lock me forever but I like it as far as salt goes
