Bought this for my daughter this Christmas. What an awesome computer. No problem with the startup and connections. Everything was installed great and organized. My child has been playing all the top games since Christmas and hasn't had one issue. The FPS on all the games is awesome. I was lucky and bought this last year on sale for $799. You just cant beat what you get for less than $1000. Trust me, it's a wonderful product at a great price.

Great product. Have had no issues at all. But... you have to check internally. I did have some wires tucked into the cooling fans. They tell you to check. A few updates needed but. Again. Have had no issues.

I had a little hiccup with initial boot, where my Taskbar wouldn't show at all, and my windows key wasnt working outside of shortcuts; but after she finished all of her updates the issue has gone away completely and she runs beautifully. I do wish her backplate had a label for which wifi nodule on the back was the primary one, if there was one. I have it on the left most one right now and it's a negligible difference in signal. Either way, I've named her Fae and she will be a beast for a long time.

Excellent Gamming pc. Best looking gamming pc, the fact that it has led underneath where others does not makes this pc one of the best looking one. Gamming on it works excellent with any game you may have. Fast pc without any issues at all. Price compared with other half as good as this one is excellent also.

Ordered a "Used, Like New" model, which arrived on time. Packaging and product in good shape. Original documentation provided in packaging. PC powered up normally. Log in screen is for a previous owner/user, preventing any access or use. I could not create a new user account, reset to factory settings or reformat in any way, rendering device useless. Skytech Gaming support was non-responsive. Amazon tech support equally useless. Returning for refund, which as of this writing is also feeling like a scam. Both online and telephone customer service would only support a single refund option limited to drop off at a UPS Store, which does not exist in my location. Buyer beware this seller and manufacturer.

Machine is exactly what I wanted. It came with a bad GPU. The service was good and they sent another one and it works perfectly now.

It can run most games. Has trouble with large Minecraft mod packs. Decent ram

It's a top tier PC, and the specs don't mislead. It did originally arrive broken, but we got a new one soon after so it's fine.

Bought in April 2024, stopped working in October, it broke after 6 mths? they won't replace the pc, only ship a new gpu, but I have to pay duty + shipping because they are based in the USA. I'm in canada, so the warranty dosent cover shipping. thats crazy. And what the heck am I suppose to do with a gpu! I'm not a technician I don't know how to swapout computer parts for peat sakes. Avoid this purchase you will regret it unless you know how to rebuild a pc from scratch yourself!

Worked fine out of the box. no complaints here. Have not needed any Tech support on product. Update: Has a bad Headphone jack on the case. Sound good plugging into the rear jack.

Video card defective after 3 weeks. I wanted to exchange it for another and lo and behold no option for. Have to return for refund then re order… No thanks. Thank you for making the transition painless Yeah right!

Motherboard was faulty and broke after having pc for 4 hours. Would not recommend
