This is a review for: Brieofood Bee Pollen Complex 1000 mg 120 Tablets - Made with Bee Pollen, Bee Propolis, & Royal Jelly Powder I've heard that royal jelly and propolis is supposed to be really good for you, so I figured I'd start taking it. The tablets are pretty large, yellow with some brown specks. They are ok to swallow but might be troublesome if you aren't used to larger tablets. I know there are liquid capsule royal jellies out there that are smaller sized, which might be a better option for those with issues. I didn't find any damaged tablets and so far so good. Since these kinds of supplements may have different affects on everyone, I will not comment on that.
