This multimeter is suitable for general purpose electronics and electrical repairs. The big screen is bright and very easy to read even if you have it propped up in the corner of your eyeline while working on something. It is well protected by both the silicone case and the storage case. The storage case works well to keep everything clean and tidy. The instruction booklet is well-written in English and easy to follow. It seems accurate enough, when I test it with known-good components. The only downsides I can think of are just compromises. The probes are a little large for microelectronics (2mm diameter x 20mm uninsulated length) but that also means that are suitable for higher power electricals, and they are not so spiky that you're always stabbing yourself. It consumes batteries more quickly than meters that just have a small monochrome segment-based LCD, but that's to be expected because of the colour backlit screen.

I have lost count of how many times i have had to google or youtube how to set up the switches etc on my old multimeter. This one is unbelievable. On auto it just works it out for itself and gives you a reading. You can even put the probes the wrong way round and it still works! It is like a mobile phone with its large screen and is really clear to read. It has a carry case and some other bits that i will eventually get my head around but really is worth every penny.

Not bad ,take a while to figure it out

I would say this is a super product and has many uses which I have used for on my car in the house and you get a constant temperature for setting up my brooder This is so easy to use. You can either use it on automatic set up or just a flick through the arrows and find the one you want. There’s no work out which voltage is what cause it does it all for you I love this product.

it was really good nice big screen, slow but accurate. but after using it a few times screen stated to bleed, as you can see in the top right of the video, it was a lot worse than in the video but that's all I managed to get, so sending back. sent back, customer service is second to none, unbelievably helpful not something you get these days, very quick responses, quick response when refunding, even sorted me out with another meter, first class, only wish there was a few more companies out there as good, if i ever need anything else in this line, will certainly get it from these. thank you for all your help in this matter. Everything you'd expect from a multimeter with lots of other useful features - even acts as a cable detector! The screen is big, clear and easy to see. Really pleased with it.

This meter offers a wide range of tests for capacitance, resistance, current, voltage, diodes, frequency, non-contact mains detection, continuity and temperature. Meter readings are accurate with one small exception which may not affect many users - capacitance below 1 nF does not meet the 4 % accuracy specification. This is not surprising in a general purpose instrument covering such a wide range of measurements and it is probably unreasonable to expect it to operate accurately with small capacitance values. It also appears to be identical but much cheaper than another multimeter that has "601" as part of its name! Why pay more? Added later: First class service from their support team when I had a technical query.

I’ve been using this AstroAI multimeter for a few months, and it’s packed with features—True RMS, auto-ranging, NCV, and even temperature measurement. The large color display and built-in flashlight are super helpful. It’s accurate, easy to use, and feels solid. Only downside: the test probes have short tips, which aren’t ideal for small electronics. Also, the smart mode has a slight delay. But overall, for the price, it’s an excellent choice for hobbyists and home users.

A nice super affordable multimeter. Nice and decent in size. Lights really well, extra light is nice to have, and voltage is accurate. Auto function is slow but can’t beat it for the price. It just takes an extra second. If that bothers you, go ahead and spend a ton of money for one that’ll let you go that second faster. Not that you would want to do that with electrical IMO.

Ich wollte ein zuverlässiges Messgerät, an dem ich nicht lange einstellen muss, um eine Batterie, zuhause eine Leitung, aber hauptsächlich auf meinem Boot unterschiedliche Geräte und Leitungen zu messen. Dieses Gerät misst sehr genau, ist absolut einfach zu bedienen und hat trotzdem alle Einstell-Möglichkeiten, die man sich nur denken kann. Auch Temperatur Messungen sind leicht machbar. Bis jetzt vermisse ich nichts! Sehr empfehlenswert! (Und für mich Preis-Leistung-Sieger)
