A Tonus Elast suspensory jock is perfect in light contact & non-contact sports. It supports & protects your balls from shifting motion & torsion in sports better than underwear, compression shorts or a traditional jock. Simpler, cooler, drier. No leg-straps - won't squeeze or chafe & the opening allows a quick pee between sports or workouts. Worn under shorts in basketball, volleyball, weights & gym, cycling, spinning, soccer, rugby, running, track & field, golf & all racquet sports. Sits best if sports jersey or gym shirt is worn outside shorts. Worn under gear in mountain biking, climbing, street & pro-skateboarding, baseball (except by catcher - who wears a traditional jock+cup instead), horse riding, skiing & snowboarding. Waste of money..I would rather give 0 stars if possible..it's written will not accept if opened..how can we know if it is useful or not if we don't open the pack..
