Bought as a gag gift, however it actually gives off a nice tune, decent product

Not making any sound

For seven pounds it’s okay. For those wondering how long it is in cms it’s around 30cm. It’s quite loud, and tricky to find the right angle to blow to get a sound out of it. But with practice I’m finding it easier each time. I’m enjoying learning so much, I’ve spent out and bought a Bansuri from Jas music. All in all, not bad.

I'm a complete beginner. This instrument works. I can't vouch for the authenticity or quality of the sound, but I'm banging some tunes I like on it just fine. I think the people that claim this doesn't produce any sound haven't had enough practice. In the beginning, it seems impossible to find that narrow window within which it will do so, but as you practice it gradually begins to click. For 7 pounds I couldn't ask for more

Absolutely does not work. Just for show. Im a professional player. This does not make a sound.

The key's as it said on the instrument. It sounds about like a transverse bamboo flute should. For how inexpensive it is, it's a pretty good flute.

You get what you pay for. This is not a flute by any description. It's a prop at best.

Excellent sound and a very low price means this is very good value for money - believe me, I have tried lots of cheap bamboo flutes. Well worth it

Etwas schwierig zu spielen , kleines Mundrohrloch aber mit ein wenig Übung doch Lieder bzw. Melodien zum spielen. Immerhin recht gut in C Dur gestimmt, passt zu Gitarre und Akkordeon was bei günstigen Flöten nicht immer dec Fall ist.

Esteticamente bello. Stonato completamente. Oltre che indicazione sbagliata l intonazione si riferisce al PA invece che al Sa come è usato di solito.

La flute est bien accordée. J'ai testé avec une appli sur smartphone toutes les notes. Attention elle est en Do selon la norme occidentale. La note la plus basse est en Do (6 trous bouchés). Selon la norme indienne, la flute est en Fa(F) (3 premiers trois bouchés) et non en Do(C). Les défauts : aux deux extrémités il y a un scotch blanc pas très esthétique, qu'il est possible d'enlever. Egalement le vendeur avait marqué la tonalité indienne (F) au marqueur indélébile dessus, ça casse l'esthétique de l'instrument. Je l'ai enlevé avec de l'alcool à brûler, mais ça a aussi enlevé le vernis à cet endroit. A la place de l'écrire au feutre ils devraient mettre une étiquette. La flute que j'ai reçue était bleu. Sinon très bon son. The flute is well tuned. I've checked all the notes with a smartphone app. Beware, it is in key C according to the occidental standard. The lower note is C (6 holes closed). According to the indian norm, the flute is in F (3 first holes closed) and not in C. The drawbacks : at both ends there is white tape that in not very esthetic, that is possible to remove. Also the seller had wrote the indian tone (F) on it with a sharpie pen, it's not very nice. I removed it with alcohol, but it also removed the varnish at this place. In spite of writing it with a sharpie, they should put a stamp. The flute I received is blue. The sound is very nice.
