No, it works with Pixel 5 only. Not for other models.

does it include adhesive to seal the screen to the body case?

Yes. It has adhesive on the back of the battery that is peel and stick and a precut case adhesive with separation tags that was easy to use and worked very well. Everything I needed to change the battery and reassemble the phone was included. The 2 step cleaning pad for cleaning screen finger prints after repair was the only thing that was a disappointment, it cleaned nothing. My cheap box of lens wipes worked so much better.
