I bought this grease trap for my home kitchen and couldn’t be more satisfied. It handles up to 5 GPM and traps grease efficiently — even after heavy cooking days. Cleaning is quick; just open the lid and dump the collected grease. The design feels solid and well-made, and I appreciate the clear instructions included. Unit looks solid but we haven’t installed it as it does not come with the pipe connections so we haven’t installed to buy those separately

This product works great in my commercial bakery. My plumber was a crook and “couldn’t fix” the old one. He quoted me $6k to install this one. Thanks to the easy to read instructions and a little common sense. I was able to install it myself and save a lot of money. Thanks grease trap!
