If you are an audiophile, you will notice the change in the sound quality if you are using the cooling gel earpads since it prioritizes comfortability. If you prefer a good sound quality headphones, I suggest that you choose the leather earpads instead.

No, they are not compatible. The Arctis Nova Pro WIRED Earpads is the one compatible with the Arctis Nova 4X headphones. Unfortunately, we do not have leather earpads for Arctis Nova Pro WIRED yet. It is only available in cooling gel earpads for now.
