Nice thick, chain unit. I use a large drum to store diesel for my tractor and side by side for use at my farm. Lifting and transporting the drum was quite a chore. This chain apparatus makes it very fast and easy. It is very secure and just brilliant to use. Using my tractor to place the drum on and off the trailer to refill and replace it into my barn is a breeze now. Much easier and safer so I recommend this item without reservation. Good value for the money.

I’ve been using the BEAMNOVA 2-ton chain drum lifter for a few weeks now, and it has definitely made handling heavy drums much safer and easier. The construction feels heavy-duty and the rated 4400lb capacity inspires confidence—it doesn’t feel like it’s anywhere close to its limits when I’m moving full steel drums. The jaws grip securely and release smoothly, which saves a lot of time compared to older clamp styles I’ve used. The chain setup is straightforward and gives good leverage, though you do need a decent hoist or crane to make the most of it. Once in place, the lift is very stable, and I like that it doesn’t deform or damage the drum. One small downside is that it’s a bit bulky and not the easiest thing to maneuver into tight spaces, but that’s probably the tradeoff for its strength.
