Not easy to use
Update: It has beeps to tell you when it's done reading. It reads in seconds! Very fast. I like this now. I put it very close to my forehead and count to five or listen for the beeps to get a read. I'm not sure it's 100% accurate. But close.Not easy to use. It's very temperamental and you have to flip it over to read the temp. It's necessary to nearly touch your forehead to get a good read other than lo. It might be good using on someone else but if you need yo take your own temp it's very time consuming and frustrating. Maybe I got a lemon?

I bought this thermometer so I would have a second one in the house. With the increased presence of COVID and flu and my regular interaction with my elder parents, I find that I take my temperature on a somewhat regular basis. And while I love the convenience the newest technologies like digital touchless thermometers offer, I recognize that technology can sometimes fail so I second guess the accuracy of the readings especially when it doesn't match how I was feeling (I am of the age that I get hot flashes).This is a great digital thermometer that was super easy to use and gave quick results. In comparing readings between my two thermometers there was less that a .1 difference. And at the price point, it was well worth it to give me peace of mind that I am just hot and it isn't a low grade fever signaling a start of an ailment that I could be passing on to my parents.

EASY BREEZY
i LOVE THIS AND IT'S EASY TO USE WHEN YOUR NOT FEELING WELL AND NEED TO USE IT TO GO OUT OR JUST KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON WITH YOU. HAD ONE AT WORK BUT SINCE WE STILL HAVE TO CHECK OUR TEMP AND FILL OUT FORMS IF WE HAVE A TEMP THIS SERVES BETTER AND IS QUICKER.

Works as advertised.
The body temp range is pretty tight, roughly 89F-109F+/-0.1F. But it has an another mode for checking the temperatures of other things, Household mode I think, food, water pipes, anything! Love a multipurpose tool.

This thing is awesome. I should have gotten one years ago!
I have to take my husband's temperature twice a day because we do home dialysis and this has made my life so much easier!!! Love it!
