is this soap gentle to the skin? because in palmolive dish soap it makes my hands itchy and cracks my skin .?

All dish soap will dry out your skin because it's job is to cut and clean grease away. It's a detergent. Use less and wear gloves. Adding a small amount of Ammonia will impact your dish water. Works great. Best.
