This sunscreen is AMAZING!! I've been using it for over two years. After trying several products without success or with low SPF, Face Republic Purity is the best for me. It's lightweight, non-sticky, and absorbs completely. It doesn't leave any white cast on my face, nor is it greasy. It protects me very well from the sun with its SPF 50. I use it on my face, neck, hands, and arms. I'm 65 years old, and my hands and arms don't have any sunspots. I'm subscribed to receive it every month, so I don't have to worry about ordering it.

I had the chance to test out the Face Republic Purity Sun Essence yesterday at the beach, and I must say I'm thrilled with the results. The balance between being environment-friendly and non-sticky with no white cast is impressive, and I'm sure I'll be using this sunscreen for a long time. I’d really rate this a 4.5. I’m very glad I purchased this sunscreen. I’ve used it the entire summer and think it does a great job. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and is non-irritating on my sensitive skin. It works great for protection - I’ve worn it to the beach and the pool, and so long as you reapply (as you should with any sunscreen) you’ll leave without burning. My favorite thing to do was turn this into a tinted sunscreen by adding a pump of my foundation to my application - it mixed in really beautifully. It’s a 4.5 for me simply because, like most sunscreen, this will clog my pores a little. And while it initially leaves a “normal” skin finish, after a few hours, my face definitely looks oily/shiny/greasy. If applying under makeup, make sure to set with a translucent powder and bring along some for touch ups. Otherwise, for the price point, this is an excellent sunscreen.

I used to use The BOJ Rice Sunscreen, then I couldn't find it on Amazon anymore, just a lot of FAKE Knockoffs! Then I used the SCINC ENJOY SUPER MILD SUN ESSENCE, and THAT one was AMAZING I LOVED IT! BUT, it went WAYYY up in Price, and I also can't find it on Amazon, You have to Buy 2# at a time now on Amazon, at a MUCH HIGHER Price! Then, I seen this one...I didn't think it was going to be anything Special! BUT, when I got it Yesterday....OMG it IS EXACTLY THE SAME TEXTURE AND FORMULA AS THE OTHER TWO THAT I LOVE SO MUCH!!! I LOVED IT SO MUCH I AM NOW ON THE SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE SHIPMENT!!! I HAVE FINALLY FOUND MY NEW HOLY GRAIL SUNSCREEN! I REALLY HOPE THIS COMPANY DOESN'T DO THEIR CUSTOMERS DIRTY, THE WAY THE OTHER TWO DID AND JACK THE PRICE UP, BECAUSE IF THEY DO I WILL NOT BUY IT ANYMORE! SUN PROTECTION SHOULD NOT COST YOU A ARM AND A LEG, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET GREAT FORMULAS THAT ARE ELEGANT FOR A FAIR PRICE! AND THIS ONE IS EXACTLY ALL OF THOSE AND MORE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS! AND FOR THOSE WITH DARK SKIN TONES, MY NEIGHBOR WHEN I SHOWED IT TO THEM PUT SOME ON JUST TO SEE, AND ABSOLUTELY NO WHITE CAST SHE'S THEN WENT AND ORDERED HER OWN! SHE IS FROM NIGERIA BY THE WAY! I am super Fair like Casper the ghost, so for me it wouldn't matter anyway, but for her it was no problem at all she fell in love also! I highly recommend this one! I hope the company sees my review, and just know that as long as you don't try to stick us and Jack the price up, you will have a loyal fan base! Because what these other companies don't understand, is when you had loyal followers and you Jack the price up, you lost a ton of customers! When you keep a great product at a fair price, you will have a ton more customers! So even if you're not making a huge profit like some of the other companies, you are still making more money in the end because you have people buying your product and running away from the overpriced company!!! Great job people you did a great job on this formulation I love it I am literally in love! It also wears beautifully by itself, it makes your face look dewy and healthy without looking greasy, and I wore it this morning under my makeup and it's beautiful no problems whatsoever, and I use many different types of makeup at one time oil based water-based you name it absolutely no problems wearing makeup of any kind over this sunscreen! You have a very happy and now loyal customer thank you so much!

This is my second time purchasing this product. I really love it, it works and doesnt leave a white cast. However I only purchased this because i was looking for cheaper alternative to Image skin care sunscreen which is just as good and I'd even say better and I stumbled across this. However just last month and last week this item was $13. Now its $22. Will not be purchasing again due to the value that comes with the price. Its almost the size of a travel pack of sunscreen and not worth the $22. I get a better deal with a bigger size using a professional line. But this is a good product. Just not a good value. Removed it out my cart for purchasing based off the almost doubled price. Picture item with common household items for reference.

i've been wearing sunscreen faithfully since the pandemic so i've tried MANY. this one is now in my top two of ALL time. when i first started using it i had a slight itch that lasted for a few minutes (barely noticeable though) but i guess my skin was just adjusting to it. it's not greasy at ALL and i actually think it's been helping my oily skin out. since its summer the lightweight feel is great and refreshing. i actually get excited when it's time to re-apply!

This stuff is great. They slightly increased the pricing but it’s still very much worth it. (I can’t even be mad since it’s genuinely an amazing product). The main concern for me whenever I purchase a sunscreen is the ingredients. I checked on Yuka and this proved to be 100% clean with no toxic ingredients, something very uncommon in today’s market. It’s incredibly lightweight (I don’t even notice it), the application is smooth, and best of all, it leaves no white cast. Best sunscreen i’ve ever used! Would recommend.

I’m currently on my third bottle of this spf and I love it. As someone who has dry, acne-prone skin I had to make sure to include sunscreen in my routine while I’ve tried popular drugstore brands I always felt greasy or the product piled. I heard that asian spf is amazing so, I decided on this one and it became my favorite part of my morning routine. Its hydrating and blends in smoothly, I can also layer makeup on top without any issues. Once rubbed in there’s no white cast as I also got my family on this and we’re all different shades but this sunscreen blends in perfectly. My daughter has oily skin and this sunscreen works just fine for her as well. I’d say it works great for most skin types. For the price, it’s within budget with most sunscreens with the exception of this being much better
