It does relieve the aches and pain just as any other rub. I do recommend it though. Also, it starts working immediately.

I first tried Lidocaine roll-ons, both 4% and 5%. They are good for other, arthritic-type pain, but not for this injury. Then I went back to old favoite Tiger Balm red, but that didn't help either. Then I came across customer reviews for Aboniki Balm. I always read the bad ones first, then the good ones. I decided that, for the price, this was worth a try. I also bought the new Ultra Strength, to see the difference for myself. This Original formula contains only small amounts of four ingredients. The Ultra removed one ingredient and amped up another one to almost 50%. But I agree with all the people who stressed the importance of using the Original Formula -- and only in the Glass Bottle, not the new plastic one. Many of these customers were introduced to this pain reliever through wisdom passed down through generations of family and friends from Nigeria, where Aboniki Balm is made. I am so grateful to them for sharing this truly topical superior pain reliever with US Amazon customers. Without their generosity of spirit, I would still be crying at night to the deep aches and throbbing from my shoulder down through the top of my hand. I apply this about three times a day, and I love how the balm turns almost liquidy as I apply it to my skin. It works VERY QUICKLY for me. I have also found it warm and soothing to gently massage the balm into my shoulder and upper arm muscles. I don't need Rx pain pills thanks to Aboniki. I feel good enough with just adding ibuprofen and/or acetaminophen. I hope Original Aboniki will help you as much as it is helping me!

Recommended highly for relieving arthritic pain in my shoulder and pinched nerve in my neck. Don’t use too much because the aroma can cause tearing and burning in your eyes so you just need to apply a little bit and rub well. I use gloves so it doesn’t get on my hands. The best one is in the original glass jar because it contains all four ingredients to be effective.

My cousin recommended this product and I value her suggestion. When I received this ointment I can feel how the pain lessened. I am thrilled with the product; however I would appreciate a bigger portion being offer in the future. Aboniki Balm would have gotten 5 stars; however increase the size not the price and I will continue to be a loyal patron. Helped relieve knee pain but similar to other options I had a few weeks of knee pain from jogging and exercising, and a Ghanaian friend recommended I try Aboniki. I decided to give it a shot and it did provide noticeable relief after workouts. The balm is made with menthol, camphor, and eucalyptus oil which give it a cooling effect but also create a strong herbal odor. It did not bother me much but it is worth noting if you are sensitive to smells. My friend warned me not to use too much since it can cause discomfort, though I did not experience that myself. It may be a slightly different formula than what he was familiar with. While I found it effective, I believe other products such as Biofreeze can provide a similar level of relief. Still, Aboniki works well and is worth trying if you want something with a traditional formula and a natural base of ingredients.

Calienta mucho y al ponerla 2 veces al día por una semana se me fue el dolor de espalda
