These exercises describes everything I need. It shows pictures of the moves. It is laminated. A bit pricey but I got it when it was on sale.

Good product even if you have the image having a poster acts as a great visual and guide while doing the workout. Mine was shipped with care.

I really like this poster. I have a vibration plate from a different company that I bought several years ago but never had a poster for. The variety on this poster is very nice and it covers stretching and most of the body head to toe with a good variety of exercises. I would recommend getting the laminated version and attacking it up on your wall where you can look up at it and try the different exercises.

I give it a 3 because it's printed on the back too so I cannot see all the exercises without taking it down and flipping it over.

This item is sized nicely and laminated but it could have been a little less expensive.

Love this poster. It shares proper positioning, times per rep and time for each exercise. It’s the perfect size showing a full body workout. Glad I chose the laminated one.

Good program to follow but I didn't read it before I ordered it. I need more information on how to use the levels and speed. What exercises do I do?

I ordered the laminated one. It’s poster size and easy to see and to stick on a wall for a guide with lifepro vibration plate. I ordered the vibration plate the same day and I didn’t know it would include a smaller version of the same poster. Unless you need a larger version you can save some money and use the smaller included poster.

Looks self-explanatory, but haven't put it to the test yet because I haven't set up my vibration plate yet
