These have been a five star buy for me. I purchased two of them. They’re solid pieces through and through. I am able to incorporate them into all sorts of different exercises. And they fit nicely into my suitcase so I can keep up with exercises while I’m on the road. Would buy again.

My core stability and shoulder mobility have noticeably improved. I got this because I tore my subscap tendon. • Durability & Build Quality: This thing is virtually indestructible. It's one solid piece of steel. The images show it arrived with a few minor scuffs on the paint, but that's purely cosmetic and honestly expected for a heavy-duty item like this. The underlying build quality is top-notch; this club will outlast me. The design is simple and effective. The handle thickness is perfect—substantial enough for a secure grip but not so thick that it causes premature fatigue. The powder-coat finish provides a secure, non-slip grip even when you're sweating. The weight is perfectly distributed, making it feel balanced and intuitive during complex movements.
