Good Product and customer support
The product is good and very useful for day to day purposes. However after few months of use the knob on the second options appear to be not working. But thanks to Agaro support team they did a good a job in replacing the product. Special thanks to Upasna Roy and Md Aataulla kalium who provided time to time updates of the product by regular following up with delivery vendor. Thanks!

Over popular kettle with half portion boiling
Average kettle. It's over popular. Handle of this kettle is not good quality, accessories are good quality. First time when I used it to boil water I saw just half portion of the kettle is boiling, and after that I saw there boiling spot just after one time use. Since I'm returning this.

I am using this product for the last 2+ years and I can't think of my life without this product. Use it daily for my milk, coffee, tea and dinner, take this product on my motorcycle rides across the world, must have product for travellers especially.

Good and timing saving product
Very good product. I regularly use it for my daily cooking needs. It saves a lot of time. And the product is reasonably priced as well.

Good buy.
The product is great. The water boils as desired. The accessories are ok, although the plastic bowl quality is low. Can be useful for students staying in hostel. The only downside is that it doesn't have auto cut off.

Disappointed and lost belief ( -5 Negative )
If negative rating was there, i would be using that, I never got disappointed with any other products from Amazon than this product. I lost my money and also I lost my belief in this brand. After using only one week the base part got melted and sticked to the vessel part and made a hole in the vessel , and stopped working. Very very disappointed.
