A really good quality product for getting to those hard to reach places and small enough to pop in your overnight bag when taking a foam roller wouldn't be feasible.

Incredibly effective roller. Most of my team have borrowed and since purchased their own. Some have opted for the softer version initially but if you're used to foam rolling is highly recommend this stick. The handles for pressure point release are awesome which just epitomises the quality of the product.

Have only used one other stick roller but this one works so much better than the first. The fact the roller is 1 piece means it doesn’t pull your leg hairs out, or pinch your skin! If you notice all the negative reviews are slating the concept of a stick roller rather than this particular one... obviously it’s not as good as a sports massage but it also doesn’t cost £50 per hour to use it! It’s great for bits of the calfs you can’t get to with your foam roller. As a runner doing between 30 and 50 miles a week it’s become a crucial part of my kit! Only reason it’s 4 rather than 5 stars is it’s a bit pricey.

Doesn't feel great and hard to use on smaller areas like traps rather than Quads.

Great for relieving muscles. Colleagues have the softer orange version but we all agree that this harder black foam version is more effective

Firm and easy to use

I'm a big fan of Trigger Point rollers, the harder the better but this is just horrible. It could do with being smooth rather than the way it's been designed. It's a good concept and I like the idea but it does nothing for me except hurt and not even a nice way.

Ottimo prodotto, ne possiedo un altro (di altra marca e modello) ma per i lavori pesanti decisamente questo è più adeguato. Ottimi i 2 snodi sul manico anche per i trigger ai polsi (dove io ho diversi problemi). Elevata la rigidità della gomma, quindi non lo consiglio a chi non ha un minimo di esperienza su trigger particolarmente dolorosi. Procura dolori impegnativi da sopportare. Ottimo prodotto, facilmente trasportabile. Valeria
