After doing extensive research on the composition of various Magnesium tablets available on Amazon from various manufacturers, i chose this because it had the three forms of magnesium that i was looking for as advised by my Doctor. I cannot do tall claims about any magnesium tablets as i do not have any comparative data, as this is my first time having magnesium in any form of composition. Few things worth mentioning are that my sleep quality has improved drastically, lethargy has gone completely, i do not get tired easily, my wife used to get severe cramps every single day during very early morning in her sleep, her problem too has vanished, even she feels more fresh and energetic now, even she is experiencing deep sleeps. Overall the body feels more relaxed, niggling little issues have gone and feels more comfortable.
