Empire Paintball BT Chest Protector

I used this product in a 3 day paint ball war in the mountains of MT and put it through the paces and it proved out well, protection, staying cool, didn't snag on tree limbs and brush. Very flexible and light. Would recommend it to anyone who participates in this great game of paint ball wars. Thanks for a great piece of armor.

Nice solid protection... needs a little lower though. Belly shorts hurt like... a LOT, lol. Oh yeah, the shirt came in this huge box so I thought it was something for my wife's work and set it aside. Took me 2 days to realize that it was mine and found the shirt in there. Nice job on their part... dumb job at looking at the shipping labels on my part.

Received as advertised, and am using as a ice hockey chest, shoulder, back protector. It is light, well made and the padding decent. I have used it three times now and it works well. The. Real test will be how long it lasts over repeated 2-3times a week and washings. Will not know for sometime

I just played with this for the first time in a 5 man tournament this weekend and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I have a very aggressive style of play so therefore I got shot often in the chest and usually multiple times. I normally have a dozen or more welts/bruises on my chest after a game and lets just say I get funny stares when I go swimming. After a full day of play I had zero welts on my chest and back. The shirt fits roomy for your size, it is not a compression shirt, and is very light and cool for hot weather. I wear an XL and I first bought the Dye Precision Performance shirt and that XL was so tight that I nearly suffocated trying to get my head through it...I returned it immediately and ordered this shirt. I would highly recommend this shirt for a better fit and a better price.

i never properly used this as paintball armor, but used it for the SCA as padding, and i could not believe how much blunt force this thing help me shrug off like it was nothing. long story short, i believe this is perfect for paintball and a big guy like me

I knew the shirt had padded protection in it brutally the pads were thicker than I expected (which is a good thing). I took a paintball from about feet away and barely felt it. No bruise or sting whatsoever. Overall the shirt is excellent. The only thing I didn't like is the sizing of it. If you want a shirt that is more like a compression shirt get a size smaller. Mine is a bit baggy. Not too baggy though.

Works well, wish the sleeves were full but it does what it is made for! It's cheap lightweight and looks awesome. I'd recommend for the casual paintballers

Small Medium is equivalent to a Medium sized men's T-shirt. I'm 5'9 about 190 and it fit me just a right, but not too tight. It doesn't do much in terms of protection, the paint balls still hurt just as much as wearing a regular sweater or something else. Took shots to the side that arent padded and it stung like hell. I guess it helps if used for layering for fall or winter games since it's padded, but that's all. Using this alone did not protect you from the sting of the shot, perhaps prevents breaking skin but welts and bruises are fair game.
