Angrox MR21GA for 2021 LG-Magic-Remote with Pointer and Voice Function Replacement for LG UHD OLED QNED NanoCell 4K 8K Smart TV, Black

I purchased this TV remote from Amazon for Rs. 2,000 on 3rd August 2023, and now I am extremely disappointed. The battery compartment is corroded and damaged, rendering the remote completely unusable even though it's only not even a year old. It’s clear that no proper quality check was done. I’ve attached a photo to show the extent of the damage. This experience has been very frustrating, and I am now seeking a refund or replacement. I would not recommend this product based on my experience

Not Working properly, many buttons are tonbe pressed many times to operate and even pointer is moving itself after pointing the remote to TV

It says This magic remote is not supported by your TV

Everytime I try to pair it a pop up appears on the tv and says "registering new magic remote" and after few seconds it says "this remote is not supported by this tv"

Remote keys aren't working within span of a month .very disappointing after buying for 1700 rupees ..prefer giving 0 star

Mouse is not working properly some time power off and ON butting is not working properly

First two days it will work..after no use for this remote.. waste of money

Functionality is good if not perfect. The scroll/click wheel is ever so slightly too easy to spin, which causes an accidental scroll and click pretty frequently. So you end up selecting the option directly above or below. The other quirk of the wheel being overly sensitive is an accidental activation of the pointer as you're trying to do a simple selection click, this will have the pointer appear on screen wherever your hand is pointing and select something unintentionally. Genuinely these things are annoying and you do have to be wary of them and adjust to it. If you want the factory remote experience this isn't it, but its close enough and good value.

I bought this Magic Remote replacement for my LG Smart TV after my original LG remote finally gave out, and honestly I’m really impressed with how well it works. The voice function also works perfectly, so I can search for shows or open apps just by speaking into the remote, but I rarely use it since I enjoy the magic pointer function so much. I use my LG TV a lot for streaming apps and cable and this remote has made controlling everything really smooth again. The buttons feel responsive, the scroll wheel works great for navigating menus, and the overall design is comfortable to hold. All in all I would say this replacement honestly restored my TV experience back to normal. I find myself sitting on the couch a bit more than I'd like to admit. It looks like the original, feels like the original, and performs even better. For around $24, it’s a really solid value compared to buying a much more expensive official replacement and going through all the hassle of contacting the manufacturer and jumping through those hoops. If your LG Magic Remote suddenly stops working like mine did, this is a great option that gets you right back up and running without any hassle.
