It works for about any kind of seat. We use it in the car bucket seats, couch, or lawn chairs.

Can this also be used in a recliner?

Yes it can be used in a recliner. I move it from the couch to my recliner to my car. It is wonderful anywhere you sit!

How does it feet in a small Acura? I have lower back pain when I drive.

Works great on my Porsche 911 4S, so it works on small cars. I aslo use one in office chair
