Are these scratch resistant? How do you find them as I’m torn between these and Regis stone

The coating developed small scratches which have then started to peel in one of them. They are about 18 months old. I've used wooden utensils on them and put them in the dishwasher.

is this genuinely POFA free?

PFOA was used alongside PTFE during manufacture of non-stick coatings, but isn't any more as PFOA was banned. Most non-stick coatings contain PTFE, including ceramic, stone and granite ones. Unless the listing says PTFE free (not PTFA free!), the chances are that the coating contains PTFE. If you heat a PTFE coating too much it emits a toxic gas. If the non-stick coating is chipped or damaged DO NOT use the pan as you could ingest coating particles.

middle sized pan not working?

These pans are amazing! They all work an I am really pleased with them . Washed when they came Wiped round with paper towel small amount of oil on paper for first time of using....no oil or anything since .hope this helps.

The pans are a Ceramic coating, a coating that contains no metallic or chemical elements therefore no Teflon. They are a good buy
