If youโre doing WFH this is best neck and back support for long term use, Material is too comfortable and soft, dw about the size itโs pretty big and arm support size is Upto the mark I bought it with neck support which is a plus, if youโre thinking to buy Iโd recommend to buy with neck support aswell and you thank me later. I am extremely impressed with the quality and comfort of the Pillow. As someone who suffers from back pain, I was looking for a pillow that would provide ample support while reading or watching TV in bed. This pillow definitely delivers! The arm rests are wide and comfortable, and the microfiber filling provides the perfect amount of support for my back. I appreciate that the cover is machine washable and the pillow is portable, making it easy to take with me on trips. Overall, a great purchase that I would highly recommend to others

Excellent pillow. Extremely comfortable. Feels like a hug. Only complaint is that the zip got damaged quickly.

Not for Backache persons
Its not for backache patients from starting you will feel relief but after few 10-15 minutes you feel pain and might be for some persons this pillow gonna hard for back. For normal persons it might be helpful. With head rest it not gonna be comfortable.
