I ordered this as a christmas present at end sept, given it early. the sound is not working in the puzzle. what can i do? .

The sound works beautifully on the one I bought for my granddaughter. You could try changing the battery. If not, you should return it as being faulty.

I have put two sets of new batteries in and the sounds do not work, how do I exchange it?

Dear Mrs Booth-boydI would either contact Amazon direct and ask to return it to the vendor or contact the vendor direct and explain what the problem is. If you log into your Amazon account and look at your order for this product you should be able to get contact details for both. Regards. Eve

animal sound puzzle is it suitable for a speciual needs blind child

I disagree with the previous answer. The sounds repeat themselves twice and are loud. The pieces are chunky and child friendly. My granddaughter absolutely loves them. It is her favourite toy. I do not have experience of a blind child but i would imagine the toy would be very suitable.

Do these make different sound like drum, piano sounds etc when inserted

I haven’t got this toy but have many other Melissa and Doug puzzles and yes they all make different noises.
