Pain free patch application.
Perfect for killing pain on joints ie knees. The heat from the patch was just right as nd I could not feel that I had it on it was so comfortable, itโs not bulky just like having a normal plaster on. If itโs too big for the area you could I suppose cut it to the size you require. Although it has a menthol kind of smell it helps clear the nasal passages but would not recommend it as a cure of a stuffy nose.

Such a great product.
We have bought these time and time again after trying so many other pain patches on the market. These really work for us. They get you the day, relatively pain free. Not bulky and stay on all day, even left on when I have been in shower. I would recommend you give these a try.

Works for me
These really help the pain in my arm, and stay put until you are ready to take them off. They do smell like germolene but it is definately worth it to me. Slightly disappointed with the short expiry date, but I will probably use them by February anyway.

Took the ache out of the back.
Strained lower back due to previous slipped disc. These patches took the ache out of my back. I did use one patch on either side of lower back. They lasted for about 4-5 hrs. However, I had a reaction to the adhesive on the patches. Would I buy them again? Possibly not due to the skin reaction.

Stomach issues?
Great for pain but have I suffered last few days with my stomach and diarrhoea. If you have stomach issues do not use them or take something to prevent it. For 3 days I was crippled with stomach cramps bloating and diarrhoea. Google them before buying
