I don't conventionally write product reviews but I'm minded to do so on this occasion, given some of the negative comments by others & my personal experience. So ..... I'm precious about my iPhone 11 & was happy to pay the higher end for this full body case, & really glad I did. It's a fab piece of kit. Comes with fitting instructions (which are clear & simple to follow (a rarity these days!)), & an installation kit with all the bits necessary to ensure the iPhone is clean & speck-free before installation. It's light & my iPhone fits snugly into the case. Absolutely no probs with touch screen & responsiveness. And being a full body case means there is less chance of dust & grime getting into it. On balance, high end price but well worth the money.

Arrived quickly. Very nice and sturdy cover. Comes with a cleaning pad to clean your phone before application plus the guide stickers to ensure the screens are aligned correctly. I’m very pleased with out and would recommend it to friends and family.

It was good and looked cool until I put my phone in the clove box of my phone and then the screen cover shattered

Had this phone case for almost 2 years and it hasn’t smashed once. I drop my phone a LOT!! Almost every day and my phone has still survived . the touch screen is good and the front has barely any scratches on it. Only problem is the protection on the camera the sticky parts to add on fell off not too long after putting them up. However it’s okay because the case protects the camera so it doesn’t smash.

Decent phone case not too big and buttons work fine. Screen cover is ok but sometimes doesn’t detect my finger when tapping pin code quickly but other than that it’s fine. I don’t use the camera protector as it causes lens flares and distortion/artefacts in the pictures. Has saved my phone many times without breaking and the couple times it has its only £17 for a new case. Better than £100s for a new screen or phone! Can also fit a thin metal plate under the back cover to work with my magnetic phone holder in the car!

So, I have just checked when I last purchased this phone cover as I noticed that the camera lens protector had cracked. Well, it’s been 2 years 3 months! I can’t believe it has actually lasted me that long as I am constantly dropping my phone. Other than the cracked lens protector (which incidentally hasn’t affected the photos I took recently) there are actually still no cracks In the case/cover itself. I didn’t find any adverse effect with regards to screen responsiveness. The only slight negative is that it does show fingerprints very easily, easily remedied with a quick wipe with a damp cloth and dried with a dry cloth. I am sure that with the amount of times I have dropped the phone, a normal screen protector would have broken several times over. I think that the raised edge around the screen actually protects the screen to some degree. So all in all, best £15 I have spent in the last 2 years.

We were a bit surprised when it came at how it included a front screen but just tested it fully (don’t you love teenagers) and am pleased to report phone unscathed. Was expecting it not to have worked. Photos attached as always reassuring to hear a review from someone who has properly tested it!!!!

22/1/24 UPDATE: The seller respectfully messaged me to ascertain what my experience has been with my case. After initially offering a refund, they asked if I would mind them sending me a new case to just check if it would be any better. I’m pleased to say that the new case works and fits a treat! My phone feels fully protected and the screen is as responsive as when it doesn’t have a protector on. I’m really grateful for their patience, help and customer care. They seem to really value their product and customer experience. Many thanks! 28/12/23: The case is lovely and the installation kit is great. The problem is that the touch screen is barely responsive making my phone unusable. The front case and screen protector needs to be more snug and at this price, it’s not good enough.

This is a great phone case. I wanted full protection for my phone from bumps, scratches and drops. And this case does exactly that. It's very rugged and durable. It has a rubber bumper all the way around it for protection. It is quite a bit heavier than standard cases, but if you want the protection, it's worth the extra weight. Installing the case was fairly easy. It's 2 pieces and they are attached with allen head screws. Included in the package are extra screws and an extra allen key. You can't have the screws too tight or the built in screen protector can touch your screen and give a sort of air bubble appearance. So you kind of have to find the sweet spot with the screws. Overall I'm very happy with this case.

Well made. Tough. Ergonomic. Heavy, but it's bomb proof! Screen protector is good. You just need to use a little more pressure to type or scroll. Great value! Way better than overpriced Otterbox! Highly recommended if you can handle the weight penalty for more protection.

I like it. It's a very heavy and robust feeling case. My phone has lived in an otterbox defender for the last 3 years.. that case saved my phone multiple times, I have full trust in the defender. But I wanted an updated look, so I wanted something else. I actually bought the otterbox commuter first.. but it felt cheap and I didnt trust it. So, I bought the seacosmo. I dont think it would take as many drops as the defender.. the hard plastic on the outside will break, I'm sure of it. But I'm also sure it would take a couple good falls before it broke...and that's the point of it... it breaks so your phone doesnt. Its really heavy... I love the heaviness of it, but it's probably not for everyone. I have big working man hands, it feels great in my hands. The buttons are all accessible, the screen works well, it puts the cursor were my fat sausage fingers tells it to go. I'll update if anything happens. First impressions, I really like it.

This phone case coupled with a Galaxy S7 is the most durable phone you can possibly get. I have dropped this thing from multiple floors how to bounce off hard objects so it would make other phones explode, gone snorkeling with it. Ads of substantial amount of weight to the phone which can be perceived as a plus or a negative. I personally like the weight, it feels very solid in your hands and could possibly kill someone if you throw it at them.

I only recently received my case, however I can attest to it having a very high-quality feel. Here is what I can gather from this point in time: Con * There is quite a bit of heft/weight to it, so if you are using a phone holder in your car, make sure it can handle the added load. Personally, I don't mind this at all. I love the solid feel of the phone in this case. * The case adds almost a half inch to each edge of your phone. Again, I don't mind, however if you are concerned about the size of the case, you will want to be aware of this * The case screws together (hex wrench is supplied). This could make getting to your phone a bit of a chore (cleaning, getting to your sim/SD card, etc) * The thickness of the case requires that the end of your charging cable is not too large and that your headphone jack goes straight in. If you have one of those headsets that has an angled jack, it will not work with this case * This case is listed as 'Rainproof'. There is a cutout for the camera on the back, however I am assuming the thick/soft silicone makes a good seal (currently untested). That being said, there are cutouts on the glass screen protector that can let droplets of water in should water splash onto that area. I don't see this as a total deal-killer, however I would list this case as more 'Rain-Resistant' than 'Rainproof'. While I haven't taken this into a good rain yet, I can foresee it being a bit of a pain to open the case to clean out any water that may have splashed/seeped onto/into one of the screen protector holes * The white lettering of the phone's branding is quite visible on the front. I would have preferred something much less conspicuous - and instead preferably something on the back of the phone. * The port cover for the headphone jack does stick out a bit when you have a headphone inserted. Because it is a hard piece of metal, you will want to be careful that it doesn't catch on or scratch something Pro * The silicon portion is very thick and soft and seems like it will provide excellent protection to the phone. The phone itself seemed to fit like a glove when I placed it into the back portion of the silicon. * As much as the screws will probably be a pain when I need to get to my phone, they are quite cool and add a good feeling of 'wow this case is solid' to the whole ensemble. When tightening them, make the screws snug but don't over tighten them. They really pull the case together well and hold things in place very securely. * There is a lanyard that adds a sense of security to my phone that generally used to hold me back from taking pictures in dangerous places out of fear of dropping my phone. Now I don't worry about such things. The lanyard itself is not necessarily pretty, but secure and very functionally effective. * The volume buttons are thick enough to sense (and press) from inside my pants pocket. Very functional. * The power button is actually recessed a bit, however not in a bad way. In fact, it is a good thing as it helps to prevent inadvertent power button presses. The only issue is that I am still getting used to the case so I find myself pressing the thick & soft portion just above the recessed power button. I am sure I will learn to get use to this as it is quite an intelligent design * The charging port cover is made of the same thick silicon (it is part of the case itself) and seems to pop in and out of place easily. I have not tested it with water yet, however It fits very securely and gives the impression that it will both protect the charging port and do a good job of keeping moisture out. I do have a concern that the thinner "hinge" portion will break over time, however that is based on past experience with other cases. I don't know if this will be an issue with this case (I hope not) * The headphone port cover is a hard hinged piece of metal that swings/pops in and out of place easily. I have not had any issues with it yet but you do need to be aware that there is a piece of metal sticking about a half inch out of your case when you have a corded headset in use. It has been too soon to test how well the silicon of the case seals against the metal headset port cover, however everything seems to be quite snug and I have the distinct impression that this will not be an issue as the case is still new. Should the silicon warp/stretch over time/use, this could be an issue (has been with other cases), however I can't say that it is currently and issue with this case. * The back of the case has a sizeable anti-slip pad on the back where the silicon of the case forms a rectangle about 2.5x4 inches * Seacosmo does not skimp at all with the well-thought extras they include with the case: - 2 sets of hex wrenches - A full spare set of screws - A microfiber cloth - That solid-feeling lanyard * Probably the best thing about this case has been the stellar Customer service I have received. I sent messages initially voicing my concern about the rain resistance of the case and I have to say that they have been extremely responsive, polite, and accommodating. They in essence offered a free exchange for their waterproof case, however I think I will keep this case and just buy the other case from them. With service like this, I have no problem supporting their business and hope that the durability and longevity of their product is as good as the people manning their service department. You may have noticed how I started with the con's of this case - the reason is that I wanted to end on the pro because this does seem to be a very good case and I wanted to end on a good note.
